Decent location but great hotel for relatively cheap. Close by to many restaurants with good pricing. Room itself was great with a very nice bath room. Hotel staff very friendly. Would stay here again

Terribly dirty, dusty and not worth the money.
Only the girls at the front desk were kind and professional. Avoid this place, the photos on the website are all fake renders that do not reflect the real looks.
Dust everywhere, hair under the bed sheets, bird droppings on the balcony furniture, dead plants and bad air conditioning.

Hotel staff service is professional and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean, open field of vision, lighting is very good, near the impressive light shopping, and convenient transportation.

Well located, nice staff, room quite large and well furnished, bathroom clean, the breakfast we made on the terrace of the closed, very beautiful and good.
Only flaw is the fact that instead of a single mattress with double bed there were two single mattresses.

The service is very good and the rooms small but quite complete, the location is excellent as you are very close to almost all the most important monuments of Rome

We were in May/2013.
It is a hotel that is very well located. From it you can walk to almost all sites that can be visited in Rome. This is also very well connected to both metro as well as buses. Termini station is a step away from the Hotel.
The room (412) is very good, it is quite wide and the bathroom is also comfortable.
The cleaning is very good. Although it gives a main street, is fairly well sound-proofed. It is worth noting the friendly attitude, and in front of Julia, Rafaella, Sarah ... Thank you to all for making our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast offers little variety, but enough.

The hotel has an excellent location both for getting to walk to the centre of Rome, as to access by metro to places further away. Rooms clean, modern and with a relationship quality/price excellent.

The good:
The rooms are clean, it is located in a great location "walking distance to the metro and terminal station"
The bad:
The breakfast is terrible "worst food I had on italy" and it is very limited. Once the milk or bread is finish they do not replenish it, the orange juice is not natural.
The hotel doors close at random times and you can not go in or out of the hotel. We missed our train to Pisa because no one was at the front desk to open the doors and has to wait 20 mins for someone to arrive.
They did not offer us any help because of that and in the end they even charged us more because of tourist fees.
The bed in the room is very rigid and so it is otherwise possible legal to sleep well. The room is missing some more light as it is always very dark.
The air-condition does not worked at all and the Omaha was steamy hot the whole day and night.
Avoid it if you can.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. The terrace in the room is a plus! Need some maintenance and more items on the breakfast.
