The pictures and overall website write-up of this hotel do not match the actual hotel and it is misleading to customers. The beds are extremely narrow and noisy. The mattresses are hard. When you wake up in the morning, your body feels stiff.
There is no working air conditioner available. You have to keep the window open and it is very noisy outside. The shower room is too narrow. You can barely manage to fit in. There is no space to keep any shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The shower/shampoo is so watered down that you cannot use it.
The breakfast is just ok. The bread rolls are dry and tasteless. It does not feel like you are in Italy. The scrambled eggs are horrible. The cheese smells of cold meat. When you are staying in a hotel for more than three days, having the same breakfast every day can be quite boring. The staff serving the breakfast are nice and friendly.
The internet connection is extremely weak. It has been quite frustrating to use the internet, especially if you are working.
The front desk staff is not very friendly. Once you reach there, you will understand why they have a policy of payment ahead with no refund. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.

I have stayed there several times. It is well located and quite comfortable. You can have a good conference there. The whole building is huge.

You get what you paid for, the surroundings and the garden are really nice. Only complaint was the noise just outside of my room( I would guess from cleaning staff going about) but it's not a big deal since they try to do their job when most of the guests are out.

Place is huge. Room size OK. Close to Metro and bus stop that links u to all the main points
Dinner is ok.Vegetarians will stay hungry as their pasta is very hard.
Make sure u shop for some snacks and water before u check in.
To get to the rooms u have to walk a lot. After sight seeing u just want to crash.
Our bathroom had mold. I have pictures as well.
Its warm in some rooms so please ask for fan when booking.
No hot water kettle.
No fridge.
My 3 night stay they changed towels and sheets only once.
The breakfast to go was pathetic.
An orange, 2 rusks, water and 2 cookies
No bread no croissant no eggs.
We had to leave early to go to Capri and requested to go breakfast and that is what we got. We left it for them to eat.
If u get the 2 nd floor then be prepared for noise from the roof all night.
Maybe birds, racoons cats
I dont know but too much noise from roof.
I could have gotten a better hotel

At a very good position in Rome, easy access to Metro to the Vatican and Termini central station. It has greenery area for evening walk, group outdoor meetings and beautiful chapels and church for who cares. Meals and accommodation are cheaper compared with other places in Rome. I have stayed there three times and wish to visit again.

Excellent staff. Great price. Really close to the metro station. Rooms are clean. Bathroom was clean.

This hotel situated about 20 minutes away from the center of Rome is a real secret and modest treasure. Humble rooms but well equipped with what is necessary for an active tourist are moderately priced. The place belongs to a religious Christian movement so there is of course a cross in every room. Breakfast is included and is delicious. There is no room service not a minibar but if you want there are vending machine in the corridor. This place is not perfect. You have to walk through long corridors from reception to your room. Another bavkdraw is lack of public transportation nearby. The nearest metro station is 10 minutes walk away

You get what you pay for here but great value! The guest house is part of a Catholic school I believe.
Positives: Staff speak very good English and are very polite and helpful. Nice location about 3 min from the metro. Breakfast was pretty good. Super cheap.
Negatives: No aircon, the walls are paper thin, I could hear a guy in the next room peeing.. Only place in Italy that I found (and got bitten by) mosquitoes.
I would recommend if you're on a budget.

Comfortable accomodation, very spacious, friendly staff, great metro link to the centre of Rome.

We travalled to Rome in January for 5 days. I highly recommend this accomodation, because its location and neighbourhood. The red metro station was really close fortunately. There was a supermarket also. (Coop if i remember right) But the best service was the breakfast. There were lots of food to choose from : snacks, free coffees, hot chocolates, sweets, fruits, jams, yoghurts. We always set off at 9 o'clock and arrived at 11 pm so we used this as a spot where we sleep, and it was perfect for it! They clean our room every second day, but every day we had fresh towels. The bed is comfortable and wide. The stuff is extremely friendly and there is 24/7 reception which is really helpful. I recommend choosing this place to stay in Rome!
