Palazzo Venezia in Como

We stayed at Vista for 5 nights it was lovely the staff were amazing and our room was as nice as hotel room we ever had a corner suite lake view.
But I think the cherry on top was Alberto head concierge, he was so friendly and knowledgeable, organised us a few trips out including a private boat tour of Lake Como with drinks in Bellagio and Dinner at a lovely restaurant, taxi back to vista, was wonderful.
Town with lots of bars restaurants easy walking distance into Como.
The restaurant bar area are small but adequate on the top floor with roof top area looking over the lake.
Would definitely go again.
If you go, have a day in Lugano Switzerland 35 minutes on the train.

The Vista team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were super clean and nicely decorated, service was immaculate. 100% would stay again.

What a wonderful experience. I have travelled to many countries in the world, and this hotel and Alberto and his staff truly made our stay exceptional.
It's a calm oasis in the center of Como.

Vista di Lago was an excellent choice on Lake Como. The hotel is elegant and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the service. Hisham, the bell boy, was exceptionally helpful, and Ilaria at reception made us feel right at home with her warm and professional welcome. Highly recommended!

Great service and location for a lake Como experience and view. Couldn't be happier with the breakfast buffet, views and friendly staff. The rooms were great, my only complaint would be the noise level. It's very loud by the elevator and not well insulated but most nights were quiet while we were there, I'm only mentioning it if you have trouble sleeping g with any kind of noise at night. We will definitely be back to this property in the future!

My wife and I chose Lake Como and this hotel in particular to share our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed.
The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location.
From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive to our every whim. A special mention must be made for Alberto who takes customer service to another level. He was always available, if not in person then via Whatsapp and nothing was too much trouble for him. Additionally, he was very entertaining company and only added to our experience.
We would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are considering visiting Lake Como.

One of the best in lake como. Very professional and friendly staff. Alberto and josh were very attentive in making our stay enjoyable as well as the other staff. The suite was amazing with perfect view. The rooftop lounge was very nice. The boat trip to Bellagio they organized for us was expensive but amazing. I will come back to this hotel for sure and i highly recommend it for any type of company. It is attached to the main attractions of lake como.

We only stayed here for one night due to a busy Italy trip itinerary, but we wished we could have stayed longer. Staying here was an exceptional and memorable experience. Upon arrival via car, we couldn’t find the entrance and we called the hotel. They immediately asked where we were and sent the Porter out to meet us and guide us to where to park, which was in a little private portico very near the hotel. He immediately went and grabbed a bell cart to unload our bags and deliver them to our room while we checked in. Our room wasn’t quite ready yet because we were early but they did upgrade us and invited us upstairs to the rooftop restaurant for lunch, which was perfect. When we were done with lunch the concierge walked us to our room and showed us everything. When we were out for dinner they provided turn down service. Everything was impeccably decorated, clean, nicely fragranced, and just wonderful. And the breakfast! My husband & I are foodies, and this was one of the most exceptional breakfast spreads we’ve ever seen. Overall, we felt so special & taken care of here, and definitely plan to visit again.

Incredible hotel with impeccable service.

Easily walkable in about 10 min from the train station if you have minimal luggage. We emailed the morning of to let them know we would be arriving a bit earlier than check in. The staff generously provided an early check in, walked us to our room and gave us a quick tour of the property.

Drinks on the rooftop bar to see the sunset, the breakfast buffet, top notch room service and how easily walkable everything is made this my fav property of our tour-de-Italy!
