Good for the biz trip for Mantova

This hotel has nice rooms, great breakfasts but also the worst location imaginable. If you dont have a car then dont stay here. The city is not that far from here but there are no sidewalks ANYWHERE. Even if you want to go to the McDonalds or Aldi across the road you will have to jaywalk because there are no pedestrian crossings. This is the most car-centric urban area I have ever seen in Europe. Looks like it was designed by an American.

Amazing room, staff super friendly, breakfast was a feast, and the dinner one of the best ones I had , excellent quality of food and drinks, loved our room and bathroom ,definitely to come back!

Nice hotel but let down by not getting a few basics right.
Room gets way too hot (AC didn’t work)
No food options onsite for lunch, were told restaurant was fully booked for dinner (didn’t seem like it). Room service menu very limited/lacking.
Didn’t have an iron / steamer on hand. Told it was in another room that they didn’t track down…

Bed was too hard for my taste
Pillows bad quality.
Air condition noisy
Restaurant served stale breadsticks. Otherwise food was ok, but very limited choise for a vegetarian.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended! The restaurant and the breakfast buffet were a pleasant surprise for the quality provided. Check-in and check out were done very efficiently. I've been there for a business trip and logistically speaking is also located in a good position

I stayed in a single room, it was basic, there was no kettle in the room or a mirror in bedroom, had to use the bathroom one. The bathroom was nice and clean. The room had lots of storage and a minibar. I didn't get any bottles of water in my room until the second day. The air conditioning/heating hard to control, so I just ended up turning it off. It was also unusual that the rooms don't have door handles on the outside, so had to make sure the door was definitely closed. Breakfast was decent, lots of bread and pastries, some hot food and self service hot drinksand juice. The hotel seems to be in a business park, near to some shops and across the street from McDonald's, but not sure how to get across.

It is a nice enough hotel but there are little things which are not quite right and do not work properly, light switches etc.
The food is not great, on the basis of breakfast I decided not to use the restraunt for dinner. I cannot understand how they mess up scrambled egg just so badly.
That said the hotel is placed just right for where I am working and convenient to travel from with good road connections.
That said I have already booked for my next trip to Italy.
