43 Station Hotel in Milan

The place wasn't clean, full of dust. No toiletries provided, half the equipment didn't work, no hot water. Hotel service was mediocre, no parking. Room was small, no closet, and the sheets were dirty.

My stay was severely disrupted due to multiple failures in the room’s basic amenities.

The issues I encountered were as follows:
1. No cold water supply – There was no cold water available in the bathroom, making it impossible to use the sink or shower comfortably.
2. Non-functional television – The television in the room did not turn on despite repeated attempts.
3. Wi-Fi unavailable – The Wi-Fi network was not working, causing significant inconvenience as I needed internet access for both personal and professional purposes.
4. Faulty air conditioning – The air conditioning unit was completely inoperative, resulting in an uncomfortable room environment.

These deficiencies rendered the room essentially unusable for a standard hotel stay. I reported the issues to the front desk immediately, but unfortunately, no immediate resolution or alternative arrangement was provided. As a result, I was deprived of the basic services I had paid for, which caused considerable inconvenience.

4. 空调故障 – 空调完全无法运行，导致房间环境不舒适。

这些故障使得房间几乎无法满足正常的住宿需求。我立即向前台反映了问题，但遗憾的是，未得到及时解决或替代安排。因此，我未能享受到本应获得的基本服务，造成了极大的不便。
