The hotel has really good service and the staffs are helpful and friendly. However, the location might be far from the attractions. Overall, its still great!

We had an amazing family time at this hotel, the staff went above and beyond to please the children, whom were exhilarated about the pool, fitness, wellness and room service with movie from the bed! Connection to both airport and city center was extremely easy. This hotel balances all your wants as a family. Special thanks to the breakfast staff who helped to find back a lost toy and to Marco from the reception desk who closed of our family stay with a lot of positive energy!

My room was dirty, with too much fluffy dirt which spread all over the room.
The bath & basin were not washed after use.
The coffee station & water weren't refilled, I had to continously call reception to ask for refills.
For a 4 star hotel, they must do better

Hotel was nice. Room was a good size and a large shower room. The TV didn’t work properly. The gym equipment was a bit old and some of it didn’t function properly. The pool was nice. Breakfast was great.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful!
The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to everything I needed.

I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Marco for his constant support and kindness. He was always available to help with a smile and made my stay even more enjoyable. He really deserves this comment!

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and its staff. My father had a medical episode while on holiday, and the staff in the Radisson Blu went above and beyond to help him, my mother and myself in any way they could. They put us up in two beautiful rooms, with really spacious and luxurious beds. The bathrooms were also large with a wonderful shower. We ate fabulous meals every morning and evening in Leonardo's restaurant. But the best thing by far about this hotel is its staff. Every single one is so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. They made what could have been a disaster into an enjoyable experience. We will talk about our extended stay for many years to come! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan, you could not find a better place to stay.

We had fantastic experience at this hotel. This was our first stay in Italy. The front desk people were simply so welcoming! Ask them anything and they are willing to help. Room was very very spacious, and decently designed as well. The bed was comfortable and we couldn’t expect anything better. Location is good because we have a rental car and we were able to find free street parking nearby.

The breakfast was delicious. The menu was extensive and varied. The lack of slippers in the room was a bit of a problem. The location was a bit off-putting, as we chose a hotel in the suburbs. There was a similar hotel in the city. The staff were also very helpful.
