Service: The latte was pretty good.

The hotel is old, and the heating system and other noises can wake you up at night.
Breakfast is a standard Western buffet.
Transportation is fairly convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. It's two stops to Milan Cathedral.
Overall, the price is on the expensive side.

The room was tiny and very unpleasant. There were stairs leading to the door, making it difficult to retrieve luggage, and the staff were unwilling or reluctant to help. The hairdryer was also broken.

Overall, I think the value for money is good, but the location is a bit off the beaten path. Also, the room is smaller than I expected.

Old hotel. I like it very much. The atmosphere of the breakfast room is amazing!
It is about a 40-minute walk from the train station and less than half an hour to walk to Milan Cathedral.

A great hotel, very old school vibes (my friend said it looked like her grandmas house) but very clean with friendly, helpful staff. Decent location - it took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Duomo. Walls are slightly thin, on occasion we could hear other people in their rooms but not majorly noticeable.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! Loved your top class service and beautiful hotel facilities. Breakfast room brings back the decadence elegance and class- food 5 stars plus excellent! Dream location in city. Will definitely come back!

It is not in the center but the location is still good. There are nearby stations for transportation. Quiet neighborhood and hotel. It looks a bit old but is very well maintained. Excellent breakfast. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
