We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was truly excellent. A special thank-you to alessio for being incredibly kind, helpful, and professional — he made our stay even better with his warm hospitality. We really appreciate all the effort and care. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Very close from the central station. The room is modern. Front desk staff was very helpful. I did not take a breakfast here so I cannot comment on it.
Safe and fridge are in a room. I requested a kettle and I received one. That was great.
I was comfortable staying here.
The city tax was €10/night.

The room was good but not very clean especially the sofa. They do not give slippers. The rooms are quite big for the city and new that it the best. The hotel i very near to the central station and the metro.

Small rooms with good bed. Good if you spend most of your time exploring Milano not that good if you want to get work done in your room.
A big issue is some of the staff that follows unsafe data practices by coping passports for convenience which is illegal according to EU GDPR.

I recently stayed for 2 nights in the hotel and I'm glad to have booked this hotel.
The hotel is really near the Milano Centrale Station which is just about 3-5 minutes’ walk. Perfect for exploring Milan and nearby cities/areas.
There's plenty of choices for food and drinks. Restaurants, cafes, fast food stores (McDonald's, Burger King) can be found in the vicinity of the hotel. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
The hotel staff were very friendly, accommodating and speaks good English.
Next time I travel to Milan, I would certainly stay in this hotel again

Good, but could be a lot better.
What I liked about it:
- Super close to the Centrale station.
- Safe area
- Metro at a very close proximity
- Nice breakfast, friendly staff at the breakfast
- The design at the reception
What I didn’t like:
- Our bathroom was very dysfunctional: water from the shower booth floods the whole bathroom and stays there forever, unless you use a mop, but there’s no mop
- One night it was raining and I asked for an umbrella and there was none

Comfortable bed but cheap pillows, no coffee or tea maker

I book the hotel room very small and smells.. I definitely not go again there.. Too noise as well.. And the lady who owns it very rood and unpolite when I ask to change room . Breakfast very poor quality all ready from supermarket cakes and did not enjoy at all.

Shower poured out onto the floor. I wasn't able to shower. The hotel offered no compensation. Poor lighting in the room, couldn't find things easily. Had to use the flashlight on my phone. Took me 15 minutes to figure out how to use the lights, you have to keep the key card in the Wall. Wish the people at the front desk would have brought that up. Overall NOT IMPRESSED.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
