Park Hyatt Milano Hotel in Milan

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and the Milan Cathedral! The staff are friendly and welcoming, making for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I revisit Milan.

We had a fantastic stay at the PH Milan. Upon arriving to the hotel, everyone is absolutely fantastic and takes care of the bags immediately.

We checked in with Stefano who was very helpful. We were traveling with children and he helped us get situated into a room earlier so that they can have their nap. It was small attention to detail in regards to our stay that made this such a wonderful experience.

The location cannot be beat!

Park Hyatt is always known for luxury, but the Milan property is on another level.

During our month-long trip across Europe (France → UK → Italy), we stayed at Park Hyatt hotels in Paris and London as Globalist. Milan, however, stood out the most. The team was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the concierge gave us a warm welcome and even remembered our names throughout the stay. I also highly appreciated the front desk staff, who went the extra mile to fulfill my request for a room with a vanity table. After weeks of traveling, having a spacious bathroom and closet was exactly what I needed to refresh—doing my nails, tidying up, and enjoying a relaxing bubble bath.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, trying the restaurant for a birthday dinner, the bar for happy hour, and of course their signature breakfast. Every experience was excellent and reflected the best of Italian hospitality—stylish, warm, and full of character.

No wonder so many people say Park Hyatt Milan is the best in the group—I couldn’t agree more, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is in a great location, just 5 minutes from Milan Cathedral.

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Perfect location, amazing & attentive staff, beautiful rooms, top notch Globalist breakfast (and I never get breakfast at hotels but went every day), very nice spa and fitness center, and probably the best hotel room service I’ve had in I don’t know how long. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Milan!

We went to the Duomo in the morning and then came back to the hotel for breakfast. High-end, sophisticated, and tastefully designed. I really think it looks good. We also have a terrace, which is so beautiful. It's worth a visit. Excellent service and design. It's truly Milan.

Park Hyatt Milan was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — the doormen were attentive and welcoming, the front desk and room service teams were top-tier, and housekeeping kept everything spotless and perfectly maintained.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful — elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with high-quality offerings and great service to match.

If I had one wish, it would be for a larger gym, but that’s a small note in an otherwise flawless experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for refined luxury and world-class hospitality in Milan.

Except for the breakfast, everything else is perfect. The location is excellent and quiet in a busy area.

The rooms in foreign countries are generally small. It was good to travel abroad during the May Day holiday. The service was very good, the customer service was very gentle, and the overall feeling was good. But it was a holiday. The price is still a bit high
