This hotel claims to be a 4-star property, but it absolutely does not live up to that rating or its description.
1. The beds in the rooms are worn out and clearly old.
2. The bathroom sink faucet is barely attached and feels like it could fall off at any moment.
3. There is no hot water in the mornings, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4-star one.
4. Breakfast is very poor — only boiled eggs and fried eggs are offered, while the rest is just pastries and junk food.

Overall, the quality is far below what is promised. I am extremely disappointed and strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel Milano Palmanova features a staff that is generally polite and professional in their welcome. However, the quality of the rooms falls well below expectations: the furnishings are outdated, and the bathroom appears neglected, with several poorly maintained details. Breakfast is also quite disappointing, both in terms of variety and quality, and does not meet the standards one would expect from a four-star establishment. A stay that, while supported by decent service, requires significant improvements to live up to its rating.

Never again will I choose this hotel. The signle room is small. TV does not work. Curtain is half broken. Everything in the room is almost ruined. Water pressure in the 🚻 is weak. Sound proof is bad .

The room looked nothing like the photo’s but when I brought it up with reception and the bathroom light not working they moved us to another room which was slightly better looked more like the photos. The breakfast was ok - hot drinks and continental- pastries and cereal plus toast. The location was good right next to the metro to get in to Milan.
It was clean and basic and the staff were helpful.

The facilities are a bit old, but the room location is excellent, very convenient to the subway.

Location is a bit far from Milan center but it’s near the metro station. Hotel was clean, the staffs are nice and friendly.

The pictures on booking.com are plain misleading. It's old, broken down and certainly not worth 4 stars. The staff is friendly, but it doesn't make up for the fact that the hotel is run down. And it isn't cheap either.
