Always a great stay. Lovely staff, and a great breakfast buffet in the best location in Milan.

The rooms were extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the needed amenities; excellent breakfast and restaurant; extremely courteous and helpful staff. We were able to check in early. Room was spacious. Initial issue with the shower which was resolved quickly but overall hotel and staff were great. Half hour walk into Doumo and 8 minute walk from the M4 metro which links to the airport.

Magville is ok but it is not a 4 star hotel. We walked to the Duomo, but there are not really any restaurants or shops near the hotel.

The breakfast was continental. It was a small area dedicated in the lobby, though you could eat outside as well.. the selection was so so if you have dietary issues.

They’ll give you a link to open the street door , door and room door . But the ‘front desk ‘ door need staff to open and sometimes there’s only one staff and when they’re away you’ll have to wait until someone open the door for you . Very nice room in a nice part of town, slightly away from the tourist destinations. Great value too. The room was very clean and fit out nicely. The overall experience is good. The hotel provides yummy breakfast and luggage storage service. The room is clean and tidy. It has a small balcony and street side view. But this hotel has a long history and a nostalgic feel to it.

There was no coffee maker available in the lobby or in the rooms. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The location is quite far away from some major tourist spots (30 minutes tram from duomo), however the price is very decent for the quality they served. Amazing experience! Room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Their reception is inside of “Living Liqueurs” a popular bar lounge staffed by an amazing crew from bartender, to Matteo the bar manager and last but not least the general manager Eksell - super courteous, friendly and highly professional - they made my stay so much more enjoyable. Very nice room and location. Logistics needs an update. I had checked in online and received a code. The building did not have a sign on it for the suites. Not easy to find as you need to go to the bar/restaurant next door first, however a warm welcome and a friendly and fast service. The hotel location is very convenient to reach major tourist spots in central Milan. Great place for family stay, as we booked connecting-room. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. The front-desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will stay again.

A standard budget hotel with a high cost-performance ratio. The family room is two connecting rooms, which is quite satisfactory. The location is very good. There is a subway station and a medium-sized supermarket right outside the door, which is very convenient.

Room is a good size. Ok breakfast. Late checkout until 12 is handy. The only downside is the location. Not a safe neighbourhood at night time. But it is very close to the metro.

It is the best hotel for its price range. You will find everything you need in the hotel number: electric kettle, coffee machine, good bath set (shampoo and bath foam), slippers and many other things that are usually misses by other hotels. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk away, and it's quite clean. However, the facilities and rooms are rather old, as it's a hotel converted from an old building, which is a unique feature, I suppose.

Staff is very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Rooms are a bit small and decor a bit dated, but clean and comfortable enough, especially the air conditioning and Wi-Fi that works well within the room. Breakfast is decent.

The amenities, such as toothbrushes and other toiletries, are not as comprehensive as in Japan, so I recommend bringing your own. The staff are polite and friendly. The breakfast is delicious! ^_^ The rooms are clean.

Wonderful, I would return today. The hotel lobby was beautiful, top service, check-in was perfect, the staff were professional and courteous. The only thing I would do is update some of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The location was excellent. Tram 1 is right in front, and takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes.

If you don't have a car, don't book. It's very far from the center and public transportation is poor. For those with a car, there is a nice hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro and San Siro stadium. The staff are friendly and approachable. However, the bathroom could be better maintained and cleaner, and breakfast should be more varied. Ventilation didn’t work, so it was cold at night. Avoid the hotel coffee at all costs – it’s terrible. Also, don’t come with a large car as the parking area is very small.

Great hotel nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The actual room is fantastic, very eco-friendly. Only problem we encountered was a broken elevator but it was fixed the next morning. Staff at the front were nice and got us checked-in quickly. I would highly suggest staying here if you are in the Milan area. Great running routes (park next to the hotel) as well, if interested.

Great hotel! The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The location is very convenient — just a 4–5 minute walk to the metro station, and the receptionist kindly pointed us to the quickest route. The hotel also offers parking and breakfast. quite good value for money the hotel is located in romolo which is about 9 stops away from centrale fs, and it takes another 7-8 mins walk from the train station to the hotel however, with this price, the walk is ok!

Big spacious rooms, beautiful decoration, attentive and lovely staff. Missing a couple amenities and basic things in the room like a sink in the kitchen, but none the less the room was extremely nice. As this was our first time in Milan, we didn’t know about the location of the hotel but it is a bit far out and it’s easier to have a car if staying here.

The hotel's interior is excellent and clean, with studio-style accommodations. The hotel is located within a shopping complex. There is separate parking next to the hotel, but there is also an elevator that takes you to the parking area for a daily fee of twenty euros. The only downside is that I didn't particularly like the area where the hotel is located, but the hotel's security is excellent.
