One of the best hotel I have stayed at. Everything was perfect. The room, facilities in the hotel and especially the service. Bus stop across the road into city centre. You will not be disappointed staying there.

Big spacious rooms, beautiful decoration, attentive and lovely staff.
Missing a couple amenities and basic things in the room like a sink in the kitchen, but none the less the room was extremely nice.
As this was our first time in Milan, we didn’t know about the location of the hotel but it is a bit far out and it’s easier to have a car if staying here.

This hotel is excellent, I really liked it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. *winks* The service attitude is great, the environment is very good, and it's particularly suitable for Chinese travelers. The breakfast is also delicious.

We needed a hotel close to Milan Certosa Station and it was a perfect fit. Spacious room and bathroom, great breakfast (quite varied and of good quality), very helpful staff who provided us an LTE router for a day.
Walking distance to the tram and train stations. Grocery stores and excellent places to eat nearby (L’immagine bistrot is highly recommended).
All in all, it’s a great place for a couple nights stay.

Very very bad hotel pls dont go stay We only go down eat breakfast only 1 hrs!! and Press the Do Not Disturb button on door but why your maid still come in clean our room we were not allowed to enter the room And then stole our Gold necklace on our bag!!
Ask us go to report police and will help and wait next week working day to follow case but after Change words immediately say to us go ask police No responsibility!!

The hotel was a good stopover on the way to downtown Milan, with spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English, so there were no communication issues. I left my luggage behind, but I called the staff to find it and it was finally retrieved without a hitch. The downside was the soundproofing. Even in a room with a garden, I was woken in the middle of the night by the conversations of my neighbors.

The room was quite large and comfortable. The breakfast was quite plentiful, but Western staff tend to prioritize their tasks before responding to guests' requests, which is the opposite of Chinese staff, so be prepared. It's a bit far from the main attractions, about a 20-30 minute drive. Bus No. 57 is located downstairs, which takes you to the city center, making it quite convenient.

Excellent hotel. Clean, quiet. Breakfasts are delicious. Came for the Justin Timberlake concert. It was right that the hotel was 3 km from the hippodrome, where the concert was. I walked back, as it was impossible to find a taxi. So, I recommend it. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center by taxi. It was about 23 euros one way.
