4 star hotels in Milan

Upgraded us to an apartment but room is dated and worn out. Walls need to be repainted. Sofa bed felt like collapsing, affecting sleep. Prefer the Triple room we stayed before leaving for trips elsewhere.

Nice Hotel,steps away from Duomo. Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and big.

The location is very good. Just at the center of the city. 3 mins to the Duomo cathedral and the shopping center. A department store is right behind. It is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Breakfast is so so. Staff service is friendly and genuine. Quite nice hotel.

Hotel is in a great location. However the room looked dated, and you could tell the fittings were somewhat lower in quality. Our room wasn’t very clean as there were quite a few ants on the floor since the first day of stay. It’s also a bit noisy, and you could hear footsteps and noise whenever there were people passing by the corridor.

It was a great location. Very close to duomo and shopping center. I will definitely stay here again. It would be great if they had a bath tub

Service from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

The room was really nice and spacious they upgraded us. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. We even had A balcony! We really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet street but near all the sites and a metro station. Basic breakfast and very small eating area. Helpful staff and friendly service. I’d stay again.

Mainly stayed here due to lack of better immediate options (squeezed between the Olympics and Fashion week). Room is large, spacious, and quite pretty - but very non functional. Bathroom has a barely working smart mirror (more frustrating than it sounds), and an odd layout with a very small shower and toilet. Great room in a great location. It was just challenging to get in contact with the host to let us in. I think there’s room for improvement in that process. Other than that, it was great! There’s also a cute elevator, so you don’t have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Overall, I recommend.

Located directly opposite the Duomo, the view from the room is spectacular. Just be aware that noise from the piazza can be heard at night. However, this is easily remedied by closing the windows, as the room is equipped with air conditioning.

We chose the upgraded view and it was well worth it! We were directly in front of the Duomo and it was beautiful! Our room was well designed and very spacious. There was a huge separate walk in area designated for luggage and hanging clothing which left so much more space for us to enjoy the room. Great location, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, but the lift to the apartment was quite disappointing, it takes a while to learn how to use it, otherwise the staff was amazing and very helpful, all landmarks are very close.

Lovely apartment, very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were a group of 6 and there was more than enough space. It’s easy to access the property with the instructions and communication from Numa and the self check in was smooth.
