Milan, Via Giovanni Nicotera, 9 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Spacious room for family of 4, 7 minute walk to Afori Centro Metro Station (M3). Direct line to Duomo. 5 minute walk to Esselunga supermarket. One negative about the room is that during the day the air condition would only blow cold air thus making the room cold. During the night it blew hot air so we didnt make any complaint. Maybe you should look into this especially for winter months.
The hotel has a great location and a metro by less than 5 minutes walking, the room have a good size ando also the bathroom but the beds are too hard and the shower too small. About services I think the hotel needs improvements to deserve the 4 starts classification.
Very helpful and friendly staff, and a great location. The hotel is a short walk from Affori Centro, with several minimarts nearby that stay open late into the night. There’s also a large Esselunga grocery store close by that’s open until 8pm. Our room was spacious, with a large balcony and a big window, which we really appreciated. The bathroom was fine overall. One downside was the lack of charging...
I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel in Milan and had a overall a nice experience . On the plus side, the room was a highlight - super spacious, spotless clean, and the bed was very comfortable . The location of the hotel is a bit outside the hustle of central Milan but totally manageable. There is also free street parking around in the area. Now, the disadvantages. Parking at the hotel itself?...
Clean and tidy, great staff, comfortable stay, located in a clean neighborhood. The room includes a kettle, free coffee and tea, and a minibar (for a fee). There is a bidet in the bathroom.
A little out of town but it's fine when you know

Strategic location, well maintained room but the garage very very busy
The location is walking distance from the Monza train station and the place where really at the center and very convenient. the staff from Reception Claudia, very friendly even when i was inquiring on the phone and meeting her in person not just she is pretty but also very welcoming in all my inquiries about Monza. the staff Emy on the sala also makes my day as she is happy and smiles on the guest...
Just back from a weeks stay here over the F1 weekend. Cant fault the hotel in a single area, the staff were all brilliant, we dealt with Francesca a lot and found her very professional and friendly. Facilities wise the rooms were great, yes not completely modern as some other reviewers have pointed out but in an old building like that we were not expecting them to be, they were clean and well serviced...
I’ve been here many times for business and now also for vacation/business. Depending on your booking, you may face a tiny room, or if you are lucky, a large and spacious one. I recommend to confirm this before, since some rooms are really small. We booked 140, a great room. Sure, the Air con runs with its own agenda, but even in high sommer it was ok. The breakfast is focused on sweet dishes, for a...
Helpful staff. Breakfast could be more variety. You have to pay €5 if you want any egg other than the scrambled available on the buffet.
The hotel is quite old, good breakfasts. Not bad for 1-2 days.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Love the design! Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Breakfast was really good, service was great! The best part is the location, roughly 10 min walk to Duomo di Milano, lots of shopping nearby! I will never stay anywhere else while visiting Milano.
Great hotel with a convenient location walking distance to great sights food and shopping. Special shout out to Gian Luca who really went out of his way to help my wife when she was not feeling well. Excellent service all around grazie!!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Senato. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is elegant, and the rooms are beautifully designed. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond for us - they were incredibly kind and helpful when we needed their assistance.
I had a wonderful stay during my business trip. Special thanks to Vincenzo and Elena at the reception for their warm smiles and great assistance, as well as a lovely lady at the reception whose name I can’t recall, and a tall gentleman in black who was always ready to help. Federico is a friendly person who makes guests enjoy sitting at the bar – thank you my friend! The entire team was friendly and...
We enjoyed our stay here while in Milan. Walking distance to the duomo and shopping and great customer service. The AC was down unexpectedly for the hotel but they were very accommodating and took care of the guests given this. I would highly recommend.
The suite on the fifth floor was too hot, and the two air conditioners kept blowing cold air, and the temperature couldn't be lowered. Full marks for other aspects 💯 It should be nice to live in the top floor suite in spring, autumn and winter, with birds singing and flowers blooming on the balcony.

Paid 260 euro per day but Only one bottle of water provided for 4days.
We booked the hotel for a week. It was a very wonderful experience. The staff were friendly. The service was very good. The location is excellent. It is worth trying.
I arrived late at 10 pm after a long trip from Frankfurt. There are no open shops nearby. The receptionist took seven euros from me as a tax for one night. The room is clean and tidy. It has all t9he amenities. The TV is a smart screen with internet. The receptionist did not even add me. There is detox water in the reception. When he went to sleep, he took it and did not leave
Staff on reception were really nice and polite. But breakfast was terrible , and also underground metro was really noisy..
The location and service are great!
The transportation is convenient. There is a subway station at the door that goes directly to the cathedral. The airport bus stop is 200 meters away from the hotel, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to San Siro.

500m from the tram, nice location for road trip with parking
The room was spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied. It's a little far from the city center, but it's close to a subway station, so it wasn't an inconvenience. The bathroom has a bathtub, and it's conveniently equipped with a glass partition instead of a shower curtain. There was a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, several types of instant coffee and tea, and complimentary small biscuits...
The hotel is walking distance to a metro station. very convenient in going around towards the city even if slightly in the suburbs of Milan.
The price was not what I paid online. The extra parking fee and the deposit refund that was deliberately avoided at check-out were not returned. The deposit refund slip was taken away but the fee was not returned. I almost lost 39 euros. The location is very remote and the surrounding environment does not make people feel safe. It was not a good experience.
The environment is pretty good, and it's conveniently located.
The location was great with easy access to the station, making our travels very convenient. However, we found ants in the bathroom, which made us feel quite uneasy throughout our stay. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and we especially appreciated that the room could comfortably accommodate four people. The ants were the only real downside.

They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It felt like safe place for solo female travellers. The location was also great near M2 Metro line, 20 mins from central. Great breakfast options as well! Will definitely book again if I visit Milan in future!
All the staff were warm, friendly, and very attentive. Thank to all. The cleanliness was also excellent. There's a metro station and bus stop very close to the hotel, which is a nice bonus. The hotel's location is also ideal for other modes of transportation.
Very nice hotel. Felt clean and modern. Very close to a metro stop, supermarket and some nice resteraunts. There was AC in the room but it couldnt be controlled, however it was set to a good temperature at most times.
It was a very nice hotel with a great location. The metro station is very close to the hotel and you can get anywhere quickly. Unfortunately, the bar and the hotel were closed in the evening without warning and there was no real explanation for this.
We stayed here 5 years ago, but now especially the breakfast quality has decreased significantly. Rooms are clean and good, but also very Spartaneous.
Great small hotel with all the amenities and newly redecorated rooms. Across from a supermarket so great if you need to replenish travel supplies or just need a bite to eat!

The location is excellent, near metro and shopping street, and you can walk to city center too. The room is warm, clean and tidy. Towels are new and fluffy. The bed is good. Very good breakfast included and the stuff is gentle and accommodating.
Great location though the room is small but got everything I need.
We had a wonderful stay at the Napoleon Hotel in Milan. The hotel was clean, the room was small but comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The breakfast was repetitive and basic. The first receptionist was friendly, but two others made us feel uncomfortable. 🌟 Good Service, Decent Stay – But Be Cautious in the Room We stayed at Hotel Napoleon for a couple of nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of the metro station, 5-6 stops from the central terminal, a 15-minute metro ride. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast service; there's no fixed breakfast as mentioned in some reviews. There's a restaurant on the 7th floor with à la carte breakfast available; an omelet costs around 10 Euros, while an average breakfast costs 50-60 Euros. Contrary to reviews...
It was all so sweet; the shampoo and shower gel were macaron and chocolate scented, the hallway was littered with sweet gummies, and even the handbags in the room were filled with marshmallows. The whole place had smart lighting controls, and the pink color scheme might not be suitable for most people. It rained heavily the night I checked in, causing a short circuit and frequent power outages in the...
The hotel is located on a street, and the noise from passing cars on the cobblestone street below is extremely loud. The hotel's soundproofing may be poor; on the first day of my stay, I could hear people talking downstairs, which disturbed my rest. I noted that I needed a quiet room when booking, but they assigned me the lowest floor, the 3rd floor. Those who value rest should book with caution. ...
The hotel is located next to Milan Cathedral, with the subway entrance downstairs, making it very convenient to travel. All the attractions worth seeing in Milan are nearby and can be reached on foot. The room is well soundproofed. Although the music on the street is played until late, it does not affect the rest. It is worth mentioning that the hair dryer is Dyson, which is very rare. The last time...

It’s the good place for traveling and visiting some factories in Milan. it’s near Metro and train stations
Never again will I choose this hotel. The signle room is small. TV does not work. Curtain is half broken. Everything in the room is almost ruined. Water pressure in the 🚻 is weak. Sound proof is bad .
The room looked nothing like the photo’s but when I brought it up with reception and the bathroom light not working they moved us to another room which was slightly better looked more like the photos. The breakfast was ok - hot drinks and continental- pastries and cereal plus toast. The location was good right next to the metro to get in to Milan. It was clean and basic and the staff were helpful.
not the nicest location and the breakfast was underwhelming to say the least. however very clean rooms and nice stuff

Service: The latte was pretty good.
The hotel is old, and the heating system and other noises can wake you up at night. Breakfast is a standard Western buffet. Transportation is fairly convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. It's two stops to Milan Cathedral. Overall, the price is on the expensive side.
Service: Excellent, I'd definitely stay again. Facilities: Relatively old hotel. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily. Environment: Residential area, quiet, safe, and has a sense of life.
Overall, I think the value for money is good, but the location is a bit off the beaten path. Also, the room is smaller than I expected.
Great location and breakfast! Clean room that was also quite quiet.
Old hotel. I like it very much. The atmosphere of the breakfast room is amazing! It is about a 40-minute walk from the train station and less than half an hour to walk to Milan Cathedral. I will stay here again next time❤️

Good standard of hotel. Comfortable and clean just nothing special. I did not try the breakfast but I looked well stocked. I don’t know about the art work or the decor though.
Good value for the price. The metro station Porta Romana is just around the corner and then it’s only 2 stops to the Duomo. The rooms are classic and very clean. The only downside is a pretty noisy air conditioner that somehow turns on during the night automatically. The breakfast is nice with different options every day. The service and cleaning is great.

Hostel-level quality, the room facilities are very old, and the hygiene is poor with stubborn stains on the toilet seat. I have been traveling the world for over 50 years, and one of my deepest concerns has been the gradual erasure of charm from hotels.
