This hotel is very old, and the facilities feel like they are from a long time ago. The phone is also broken. The decoration is very dark. The room is large, but there are too many mirrors, which makes people feel unsafe.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Central location with tram stop right outside which took us wherever we wanted in the city so easy. Hotel itself was lovely room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable breakfast included at bistro next door. Highly recommend.

The hotel Identifies itself as a 4 star hotel but it’s 2 star hotel. They were nothing even elementary shampoo in the shower only liquid soap ( I attached photo of bathroom) I don’t recommend to anyone. I mentioned for quite room, next to my room were couple with child which was always crying. I tried to call to reception but nobody answered to my call.

Overall, we liked the hotel. The room was nice, clean, and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was with the taxi: we asked reception to call us a taxi. We ended up paying both at reception and the taxi driver, even though we were told we wouldn't have to pay the driver, only the hotel. It turned out to be an unpleasant situation.

The hotel is not big, of course most hotels in Europe are like this. I recommend a suite. I booked a double room at first, but it was too small for two men and I had a lot of luggage on a business trip. In the end, I spent 75 euros a night to upgrade to a suite. It's difficult to understand why the hotel still has relatively good reviews. It's extremely old, the swimming pool hasn't been renovated in years, but the bathroom was truly disgusting. Nice hotel. The only issue we had was in the shower. The pipe was a bit blocked and the water could sink properly. Feels not really clean as you take a shower and your foot are under that unsinked water. Small rooms with good bed. Good if you spend most of your time exploring Milano not that good if you want to get work done in your room. A big issue is some of the staff that follows unsafe data practices by coping passports for convenience which is illegal according to EU GDPR.

They did have weird policies like one of the main reasons we stayed here is because we needed to get to the airport the next day but we were told that once we checked out, the shuttle service was not offered to us.... and of course we would be checking...

It is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.
