The hotel facilities very good and the receptionist are helpful
Nice hotel at a good location. Had problems with the wash hand basin, but they immediately offered to change my room. Excellent service. Very close to penny market which is a plus. I’ll come back again. Thanks to all the staffs
Great location and service! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: There's a tram line right outside the window, which can be a bit noisy, but it stops running late at night. Service: OK.
Poor attitude and service from the Asian lady at the front reception. The rest of staffs were super nice and friendly! Location is good. The room itself is a bit small but the toilet is quite spacious!
The hotel was nice and clean, the waiter from restaurant was friendly and provided a good service. Good that they done the room every day and quit calm atmosphere. That would’ve be nice if they provided drinking water bottles every day too. We requested water bottles and they said that they only provide two bottles of water free of charge and after that guests has to pay for the water bottles...

Nice large rooms, very helpful staff. Nice breakfast bar. The biggest downside was the room could use more drawers/storage and some hooks in the bathroom for hanging things. Also, if you want to eat in the rooftop restaurant, book before you arrive. We were unable to get reservations any of the nights we stayed.
Very nice and luxurious hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many major attractions, including the fashion district and the Duomo di Milano. The rooms are very quiet, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The overall vibe of the hotel feels elegant and high-end. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay. A great choice if you want a comfortable and...
A wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great experience at The Square Milano Duomo. The room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. From the moment you enter the hotel, you can notice a very pleasant and elegant fragrance, which creates a great first impression. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was...
Probably the best hotel we have stayed at in Europe. Our room was immaculate and even the lifts were spotless. The breakfast was first class with a wide range of choice. The staff at this hotel were outstanding throughout. We will return.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Square Milano Duomo Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Milan. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with a great mattress that made for an excellent night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the Duomo and the galleria and close to all the main attractions, great restaurants, and the fashion district. Alice and All’Antico Vinaio are nearby for a quick...
Nice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials. The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I've ever had at a hotel. That's why it's a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows...

The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was nice. Thank you.
Overall, it was pretty good. If you ask the front desk, they can provide slippers. It's about a ten-minute walk from the train station, which is decent. The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The toiletries provided were also satisfactory. It's very close to the subway station, and you can get to the city center directly in about fifteen minutes by subway, which is super convenient.
Location is excellent. Walking distance to Milano Centrale. Clean room, cosy bed, good lightings controls, hinge of all doors are silent (which is really excellent as no noise is produced when closing and opening doors of the toilet hence not disturbing your sleeping partner or family. Breakfast was decent. Fruits, salads, various breads, coffees, cereals, etc. Would recommend and return again.
The front desk staff were very polite, and the room was quite clean, though the windows couldn't open all the way. Parking in the underground garage cost 30 euros per night. The hotel's location right next to the central station made getting around and shopping very convenient.
The hotel is decent and relatively quiet. Breakfast is just okay. It's a 15-minute walk from Milan Central Station.
The hotel service was good but it appears short of staff especially the front desk

The hotel was a pleasant stay overall. The room was very nice, although a bit small, and the location is excellent, right on the street that takes you directly to the Duomo Square (around a 15-minute walk). The only downside was that, despite booking through Booking.com with taxes and fees supposedly included, I was asked to pay an additional city tax of about €7 per night upon arrival. I think the...
Hotel is well located, close to all amenities and transport links. Safe, good neighbourhood. Staff are a bit sleepy and not attentive, I found them to be very relaxed and not guest orientated.
We stayed at Worldhotel Cristoforo Colombo for 3 nights. The location is excellent — very central with easy access to public transport, shops, and dining. The room was small but clean, which is quite standard for a city like Milan. The reception area is spacious and smells lovely, creating a great first impression. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to arranging taxis and...
This is a great option for your next stay in Milan. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees). I’m only rating the amenities at 4 because the rooms are a bit small, even for a solo traveller, but you’re not here to watch tv in the hotel room, so it doesn’t really matter. Staff is friendly...
Hotel is in a good location in the shopping street. There are metro and tram nearby. Hotel has a good style of decorating and clean in the main hall. Staff is kind. Spa is really good with a lot of choices but it isn’t included in the room cost. However, I must complain that our room isn’t clean well during stay, there are dusty and hair on the floor. Water is only provided for a bottle at the first...

dog friendly, the breakfast was pretty good.
Excellent stay at IH Hotels Milano Lorenteggio! Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and very kind staff. Great value and easy connection to the city center. Highly recommended!
The hotel is good but the location is really far from city centre (around 30mins of tram).
The hotel is pretty good. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is also big enough. The furniture and the environment are modern. The restaurant offers a typical continental breakfast. Location close to chinatown. very convenient and the rooms were enough big for two. We would book again if we come back to Milan.
If you’re headed to China town in Milan, this is the place to be. The hotel is around a 2 minute walk away from Chinatown and comes wi to very reasonably priced parking costs for being this centrally located.
It was a good stay ! The staff/service was friendly and the hotel was pretty deserved. The bed was clean but the bathtub and sofa not really :( ….

The hotel is only a small metro ride away from Milan city centre and it is very clean with lovely staff. They have a gym and restaurant available too
Located along the main road. Just walking distance to Metro ( Turro). Close to Dumo. Recommend to stay there. Breakfast is so so.
If you are traveling with a rent car in Milan, I think those hotel will be one of the best places which you can choose. It’s easy to access to Duomo and other attractions in Milan through metro and you can use an exclusive hotel parking lot.
The hotel has a great environment with spacious rooms and is very close to the subway station. It offers excellent value for money in a big city like Milan. There's a Carrefour right next door, making shopping very convenient. Most importantly, they provided us with a free taxi service to the train station—highly recommended!
Good location, very close to Metro, but don’t know why there is no air conditioner in the early of October which made us feel extremely hot at night! When we open the windows, mosquitos coming in, we can’t sleep well!
The room was spacious and clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options. The price was reasonable. The location provides great transport convenience; it's just a 200-meter walk to the Line 1 subway, which takes you directly to Milan Cathedral in 8 stops. Plus, there's a Carrefour supermarket right next door, making shopping very convenient.

Good hotel, great location. Very good variety for the breakfast, lots of different cakes, breads and pasties. Staff at the breakfast were super nice. Room is simple, but provides a good nights sleep. Conditioner would be nice to have. Towels smell a little weird.
This hotel is super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. There's a Penny supermarket right next door, which is great for picking up fresh groceries. While the hotel's facilities are a bit older, they are very clean, tidy, and make for a cozy stay.
It’s great location. Just in front of Milano Central Station and there are lots of Italian restaurants and supermarkets. Concierge is great and I enjoyed breakfast as well.
The room is really nice and clean! Even comes with a complimentary mini bar. Recommended!
Staying at the hotel that shares my name was a fantastic opportunity. The hotel's location was very easy, both from the airport and to get to attractions. The hotel is in a safe area. We were very pleased and will recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything.
Hotel Berna is a great choice for travelers, especially with its convenient walking-distance location from Milano Centrale Train Station. Perfect mix of comfort, professional hospitality and functionality. And a reasonable price, which in Milano has become almost impossible to find. If you are in Milano for business in the city life area, this is the hotel you want to stay at.
Lovely hotel with in a convenient location in Milan at a comfortable walking distance from train station Garibaldi. The room was clean and comfortable enough for three nights, especially after a long day of walking. The breakfast was also varied enough. Would definitely recommend it!
Single room was compact but not in a negative way - I might have gotten a recently renovated or refreshed one as I did not notice any wear and tear as mentioned in other comments. Comfortable mattress, spotless bathroom with nice products, and a large open wardrobe area. I would give one less star for the non existent noise insulation - I could clearly hear and *understand* conversations in adjoining...
The rooms were spotless, and to my surprise, the bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The room had a pleasant, fresh scent, which made the stay even more comfortable. The service was incredibly attentive, and they made sure we were comfortable at all times. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were perfect. Plus, it's super close to the Duomo and the entire city center, so you can easily rest whenever you need to during your trip.
An excellent hotel considering its location, clean rooms, and very high-class staff service. It's also conveniently located near the Duomo and all the luxury shops (a 10-minute walk). i pay for 2 nights 300 euro for the price its normal for deluxe hotels in italy not expienceve
Not bad at all, it's small but has everything you need, and the location is very convenient. If I get the chance to go to Milan again, whether for business or leisure, I'd definitely consider this hotel. I hope they maintain their standards.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Milan Cathedral. The staff are warm and fluent in English. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's fresh and delicious.

The hotel is quite close to the exhibition center, about a 15-minute drive, and they even offer shuttle service with two vans! The room was spacious, but the lighting was a bit too dim. Breakfast options were limited. Due to the Winter Olympics, the hotel price was quite high.
The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly; she checked me in super fast and even recommended some less-known local spots, helping me avoid the crowds. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a good variety, with hot congee, steamed buns, and freshly made noodles – it all tasted wonderfully homemade. Plus, the 24-hour self-service laundry room is so practical with its washer-dryer...
No drinking water was provided, but the fridge was full of overpriced drinks and snacks. The front desk asked for my credit card information (card number, security code, etc.) to pay the city tax! It's also very far from the bus stop...
The hotel is decent; the room is spacious and well-equipped, though not as luxurious as depicted in the photos. The room itself was clean and just as advertised. I booked this hotel since it advertised air conditioning. I am a very hot sleeper and need a fan or some kind of airflow. I learned that this does not mean it has cool air all of the time. Apparently Italy only allows thermostats to control heat only in fall and winter. Even if the thermostat has a cool setting it is only warming- not cooling. Learned...
Friendly staff, great location near Milan Central Station.
The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.
The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.

The hotel staff are very nice and supportive, but the overall experience needs major improvement, there are several areas that could benefit from improvement. Great location. Right beside Tricolore Metro, straight from the airport. 20 minute walk to Duomo Cathedral. Courtesy water fountain at reception would be nice. But all in all a good hotel for a short stay.
