It was within walking distance of Milan Central Station, and I was satisfied with the facilities. I liked the attention to detail, such as providing plenty of water, oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent.
However, it was a bit disappointing that lighting the gas in the kitchen was difficult and produced a strong gas smell during the process. Other than that, I am satisfied with everything.
This is my second stay with this brand, and I feel confident using it.
I recommend it.

Very close walking distance to Milano Centrale. There’s elevator, making it easy to move the luggage. Apartment is clean and perfect for a family. Sofa bed mattress can be thicker. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Great place, though it’s a bit of a walk to the train station. The apartment is well-equipped with essentials like cooking oil and bottled water. It's conveniently located near a market for groceries. Having a lift was a big plus for moving our heavy luggage.But it is quite difficult for uber to stop nearby because there is no space to pull over. Excellent place to stay with family. Thanks Numa

Lovely apartment, very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were a group of 6 and there was more than enough space. It’s easy to access the property with the instructions and communication from Numa and the self check in was smooth. It’s very close to Milan Central Station as well as tram stops and metro lines nearby so transport links are very good.
Only downside is that the road noise was noticeable late at night and early in the morning but earplugs are provided as it’s in a busy area so there’s not much else that can be done to mitigate this.
Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it when visiting Milan.

The hotel is very nice and well equipped. Our only complaint was that the internet did not work unless you were right next to the router in the front room. Other than that it was great.

Not a great experience - find another place
We told them we were arriving a little early and if we could get access to the room, they said it had not been cleaned yet but that was not true. They made us stand on the street until exactly 3 pm until the code let us in the courtyard. That ruined the whole stay. Their lock to get in the door is terrible too and they have cameras watching you come and go. They don’t read their emails, I sent one at 9 am and told them we checked out early, they sent us a message at 2 stating we are overdue in checking out. They need to get communicate better. They had a camera, they saw when we left with our suitcases too. The beds were hard and the TV was small and had no apps on it so we could watch TV in another language then Italian. The first bathroom smelled like mildew. I’m sure it was from their washing machine and they purposely did not have batteries in their heater thermostat so you would not use their heat. I would not recommend.

It was a spacious room. However, only 2 people can shower at a time and then the hot water runs out. Our room didn’t have laundry and the other rooms did. It was decently clean and had a kitchen which was nice. I wish the communication was better but it was all through WhatsApp or their own app. It’s a true 3 star hotel and the location was nice because it’s next to Milan Centrale.

Excellent facilities. It comes with a kitchen and a washing machine. The location is very convenient for getting around, being close to the central train station, metro, and tram stops.

Cool apartments, the room is clean, everything is there - we even had a mini kitchen with dishes. Everything is technologically advanced (entry by pin code - it will not be convenient for dinner keys/cards)

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
