Mainly stayed here due to lack of better immediate options (squeezed between the Olympics and Fashion week).

Room is large, spacious, and quite pretty - but very non functional. Bathroom has a barely working smart mirror (more frustrating than it sounds), and an odd layout with a very small shower and toilet. I would say also it is in a quite noisy alleyway with a few nearby bars. Pillows and bed are incredibly uncomfortable. For the price...it's not a great deal at all, but Milan does seem quite expensive in general. Elevator seems to have frequent issues (we were mostly lucky in this regard). Building (not the hotel) seemed to have an ambient propane smell at times when you opened the window. As a room, it is a 3 star hotel at best.

Service is good - they seem to have a large team of rotating staff. Shout out to Peyman for some awesome suggestions.

Location is the highlight - walking distance to all sorts of shopping, Duomo, etc. Probably would not stay here again though (again, unless lacking in options).

This hotel is incredibly unassuming and has so much charm once you’re inside. It is very close to some of Milan’s attractions and to the metro/tram.
The service at this hotel is spectacular too. Especially Paymen. He went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I had a good experience in Milan over the Christmas holidays. He had plenty of recommendations and made reservations for us on many occasions. He was an absolute treasure and one of the highlights of our trip! We even lost an important item that was found on their property after we’d left Milan, and he worked with his staff to get it shipped back to our home in the US for us.
10/10 would stay again, especially if Paymen is still working there!

Large suite had everything I needed. Beautiful rooftop deck for views. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was lovely, beautifully decorated for Christmas with the nicest wait staff. I had the breakfast included rate and it was worth it. The food was excellent from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Just loved the place, charming, old worldly and clean. I would definitely recommend to others.

What a great experience! Hotel staff unbeatable!! Terrace has a great vibe and view. Breakfast is low key fire. I don’t know where they get their pigs, but oddly enough the bacon is wildly good. Five stars.

Great location - about 15mins walk away from Milano Cadorna train station which was very convenient to Milan Malpensa airport and also to Como Lago (Lake Como). You are also 5mins walk to the famous Starbucks reserve roastery and cafe kitsune. Most places were in a walking distance, we also walked to the QC termemilano too!

Amazing and friendly staff. He pinned down a few locations on my google maps and recommended a few areas and routes to do on my short stay there. Helped us with our luggage and also stored our luggage when we checked out.

The room was very cute and had everything that we needed including a fridge. There is also a terrace but we forgot to check it out before we left. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Milan!

Charming boutique hotel with outstanding service. Emelia Mayani is a star! She welcomed us with a big smile, gave us a tour of the facility including the beautiful rooftop terrace, and made sure we have an excellent experience. My new favorite hotel in Milano

(Restaurant only): perfect in everything! Food (had the Milanese menu), wine combination were excellent and right portions. Service was incredibly friendly and interior very elegant and warm. Great atmosphere. Would be my top 1 recommendation in Milan.

Great hotel. BUT!!!! They are trying to scam you. Bought a room for 2 adults and a child from US.Just to find out that they do not care about room been prepaid for 3. at check out was asked (nicely) to pay 90 Euro's more for third person. Tried to explain (with proof ld purchase in my hands) that i paid already. But was told rhat they know better..... After about an hr of screaming had to rip my paper's out of desck man (who said he is an owner ) hands and technically
ran out od there.. Thanks God i booked eveeyrhing with Chase so they called hotel and after almost 2 hrs everything was fixed. But my only one day i had in Milano was complerely destroyed
