The room was clean, but it is very old building and the very very very old room. The ground was wood when you walk on the ground, you can hear with that noise and the lightning wasn’t work properly.

There is no front desk, but was able to handle most discussion through phone and *******. It was a convenient walk to the station and rooms were clean and in good shape. Overall would stay again

Awful. Rude host wouldn’t even answer my query as to how to arrive. Wouldn’t give me access code until I arrived at the building. Run down and dusty.

Nice place
Nice place, can’t complain except limited check in time meant we couldn’t check in after a delayed late train ride.

I’m learning that hotels that offer late check ins are gold dust

The location is very good, very close to the central train station.
The room is large, and the bathroom is also large.
There is a large supermarket nearby.
Others are average. If it does not exceed RMB 600, the price-performance ratio is good and it is worth staying

The hotel asked 40€ for late check in

The location of the room is good, but there is no reception desk in the room, the whole time in whatsapp communication, I because of the plane flight at 18:30 only to Milan, the owner strongly requested to check in after 18:00 to pay an additional 20 euros fee, plus two people city tax total extra 45.2. I feel very annoyed and affect the mood. The water system in the room was unreasonable and clogged, and the facilities were very old.

Nicely designed and clean hotel short walk from Milan station. Easy to access other parts of city. Smooth check in.
