I didn’t make the check in due to sickness reason..and at the moment where I decided to delete my confirmation they didn’t accept my request of refund regarding the price that I already prepaid from the website.
That’s is not correct.

They have no customer service. My flight delayed and i arrived after check in time and they acted as if i never even booked there.

- They ask 5,5 euro per day, not 2,5 as described. Also there were 9 persons instead of 6.

No elevator, small restroom and not clean. No privacy with the beds. Did not clean room every day. Had to pay extra for bedsheets. 5 min walk from train and bus station

It was the worst and dirtiest hostel in my life. I couldn't spend the night there. Dirt everywhere. I couldn't sleep there, so I booked another hotel. I hope to get my money back.
