This is the worst hotel I've ever booked, bar none! We booked the hotel a week in advance. The homepage said it was open 24 hours a day, but when I arrived around 12:30 a.m., it was already closed!!! I called the owner, and he demanded an additional 39 euros to check me in. That's outrageous! He said check-in was before 11 p.m., so why couldn't he have called the reservation before leaving? Because I refused to pay the extra 39 euros, he refused to let me stay and refused to refund any of my hotel money. It was such a shameless decision! My wife and I had to spend that night on the streets and in the airport. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of Italy. It's so disappointing. Everyone should think carefully before booking this hotel!

Well-run hotel with very friendly staff, convenient location, quiet and peaceful. But for the price, the room was very, very unsatisfactory.

I cant recommend the hotel, in my opinion it's not safe. At check In time there was no employee, only other waiting tourists. Someone called the phone number at the door and then the Tourist got access to the keys of the rooms in the hotel under the desk of the reception. Then at the phone the guy told me what room number is mine. After looking in the room I decided to go, because it was a mess and had a strong smell of alcohol.

.... And then a refund of 42 % 🙈👎

The first hotel we stayed in when we landed in Milan, the service from the front desk guy was very good, but the hotel facilities were too simple, the toilet in the double room was very closed, the triple room was very nice with a balcony, it was much more spacious!

This isn't a hotel, it's a guesthouse.
This isn't a hotel, and there's a 20 euro late check-in fee. Check-out is also very early, with a maximum of 10:30 AM.
