I stayed in the grey room on the ground floor and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We had originally booked four nights but ended up staying only one before finding alternative accommodation for the rest of our time in Milan.

Pros:
The location is excellent—lots of great restaurants nearby and easy access to transit.

Cons:
The bathroom was extremely unclean. It had hardwood flooring, which I’ve never seen in a bathroom before—and for good reason. Wood in a damp environment absorbs moisture easily, making it unhygienic and prone to mold. In this case, the corners of the floor had visible mold and there was a persistent damp, musty smell. The marble tiles in the shower were discolored, the drains hadn’t been cleaned, and the shower glass was grimy with buildup in the crevices. This level of cleanliness was unacceptable.

When we raised our concerns, staff minimized the issue and said someone would clean it the following day, even though we reported it around 7 p.m. The room should never have been rented in that condition, and our concerns shouldn’t have been dismissed. We checked out first thing the next morning, especially after being told the bathroom wouldn’t get any cleaner than what we had already seen.

Stayed in the grey room on the ground floor with my wife for an anniversary trip and overall had a horrid time. We booked 4 nights initially but only stayed for one night and found another place to stay for rest of our time in Milan

Pros: The location is great, lots of good food near by and close to transit
Cons: The bathroom was simply disgusting. It had hardwood floor with mold in the corners and mold/damp smell. The shower marble tiles were discolored and the drains were no cleaned. The shower glass was not cleaned and had grime in the crevices. This level of cleanliness was not a acceptable and made me and my wife very nauseous. We complained to staff and they downplayed the condition of the bathroom and sent someone over to clean it the next day after we complained around 7 pm. The room should not even have been rented in that state and guest concerns should not be reduced. We left as soon as we woke up the next day since the staff told us ahead of time that it would not get any cleaner.

I included videos and picture of the grime in case the staff wants to discredit my review.

I was only in Milan for a day. The location is only 5 minutes walk to the train, where you can access everything. Alessandro was a fantastic host and very helpful with giving recommendations. Great deal for anyone wanting to explore Milan!
