One star for the very friendly staff, one for the superb location and view.
Rooms are dirty, not well maintained. Reception and Lift is poor. The balcony is full of dove sh**. Definitely not worth the 480€/ night.

The Hotel that deserves the 5 star L for the location, rooms with a view of the galleria vittorio Emanuele II
Everything is spectacular from up there! Great place to spend a really nice evening in good company. Recommended.
Difficult to find their offiVe to get the key although the apartment is big and comfy
The hotel is generally dirty and poorly maintained. Don’t be fooled by the nice roof terrace with a view to the Duomo. It is not accessible only for drinks at night and it’s not owned by the hotel. You can’t even have breakfast in the restaurant. You must eat you breakfast in your own room with no proper dining table. Lift access to hotel is unattended and dirty. Bathroom shower floods and overhead shower doesn’t work. Hotel corridor has a bad smell.
People are great rooms are nice and all different and view to the Duomo
The entrance is a bit further than you’d expect, so it’s a bit tricky. There’s a bouncer at the door and the entrance is on the ground level. You need to take an elevator to get up. If you wear decent clothes like a shirt and jeans you’ll be fine.
Staff is very friendly and adequate. One of the waiters placed us near the dj so the music was kind of loud and we didn’t have a real view. We asked to be seated at the edge for a better view and after about an hour we could move spots.
Drinks are very pricey compared to normals standards, a beer is about 10 euro, and cocktails are between 15-20 euro. If you’re on a tight budget I wouldn’t go, but if you do you should, because the view is quite cool. Crowd is mixed with young and older people.
