After checking out, you can sit in the lobby until it's time to go to the train station. The last photo shows the steps down in the lobby, where there are lockers, luggage scales, and a restroom. Up the steps is the restaurant, which has a good breakfast. The train station is very close, just a few minutes' walk away.
