Great location for those travelling by train (like us). The receptionists were very helpful, really appreciated how the evening staff helped us when we had difficulty in communicating with a local restaurant by calling the restaurant himself (conversing in Italian)! J

We arrived Milano Centrale slightly after 10 pm from Napoli by train. The hotel was right there in front of us once we exit from the Milano Centrale. Location - PERFECTO!!
Though the room is on the slightly smaller side, the toilet was spacious and there was a roof terrace on the 5th floor that we are on (for both rooms).
Sleep was nice and good.
Would recommend.

The location is pretty good, very close to the train station, just across the road. However, the room is too old-fashioned. You have to go up a staircase right after entering, which is inconvenient with luggage, and the elevator is also very small. The room key is an old-fashioned physical key. The most outrageous part is that when I went out for breakfast, my friend was still in the room, and a staff member just opened the door and walked in without knocking. This is truly unacceptable. Be sure to keep an eye on your valuables.

Very nice hotel, staff are very friendly, nice breakfast.
Room clean, not so noisy although near to the road.
Good location, stone throw to Milan Central train station, Metro is beside it, easy to travel. Good to know they keep aware of “pickpocket”.

Breakfast is great at this hotel and the staff are 5 Star particularly the lady in the breakfast area, very warm and friendly. The room is dated but functional. We were assigned rooms on the first floor which is our normal second floor. We slept early that night around 9pm and we were woken up by continues music at 4am and it goes on until 5am.

I initially hesitated to book because of reviews mentioning it was old, but it turned out to be okay. It definitely has an older decor, and the wooden window shutters need to be manually pulled up. The air conditioning was broken, and I had to specifically ask for a fan before they brought one. Sleeping with the window open was a bit noisy due to the street, but thankfully the neighbors weren't loud. The toiletries provided were tiny, but when I asked the front desk, they brought me plenty. They provided two bottles of sparkling water in the fridge, though I would have preferred regular water. It's a very convenient 5-minute walk from the train station.

The hotel is very close to the station and faces the main street, so it feels quite safe. It's clean and the environment is decent. It's perfectly fine as a transit hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 100 meters to the left after exiting the train station. The room was well-appointed, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The service was also excellent, with complimentary bottled water provided. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
