Upon entering the hotel, we discovered it was under renovation. This is something Ctrip couldn't control. If the hotel didn't inform the agent, the customer would only find out upon check-in, but by then it was too late, as the room fee had already been paid.

In conclusion, to avoid bad experiences, it's best to choose chain hotels. Two-star private hotels in Milan are essentially no-star hotels, and chain three-star hotels like ISI are equivalent to two-star hotels in China. Remember to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, towels, and even toiletries.

Friendly, helpful, 24 hour available staff. Helped us get a cab to station. Neighborhood felt a bit like a real city at night, but nothing too bad.

The hotel is small, but it's fine for the price. We felt comfortable, and the location was good, close to a metro station and just a few stops from the city center.

The location is fine, but the room didn't look like what I saw in the app photos; it's more of a hostel than a hotel. Otherwise, it's clean; towels are changed daily and they clean the room. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not far from the center, good for an overnight stay. It is better to have slippers with you, the floor is tiled, it is cool for your feet in winter and there are no towels for your feet. There is a mini-kitchen on the floor. There is tea and coffee! Parking is free near the hotel. There is a metro station and a grocery store nearby.

The hotel is located in the city center, three stops from Milano Centrale station and 13,000 steps from the Duomo (there and back on foot) The reception and staff are great and caring. In the morning you can have a cup of coffee or tea. There is a restaurant nearby, you can have dinner. For 1-2 days a good option if you like to walk. 100 meters away is Buenos Aires Avenue, for shopping and walking.

Room was too small. No Air conditioner. Charging extra money for Air conditioner. Only advantage is location and storage service.

The hotel is located 2 blocks from the Loreto metro stop that allows you to get around the city. The staff is very attentive. The hotel could do with a renovation, it does not have an elevator, the furniture and walls look old, although everything seems clean.

Very cozy hotel small rooms and toilet but it is very clean good for couples nice and friendly stuff they are very helpful, 5 mnts walk to loretto station and 15 mnts walk to milan central station The area is full of shops and restaurants and supermarkets
