Room was clean! A bit outdated. Older receptionist wasn't too chatty or nice. Didn't Even say welcome when we first arrived. Ladies at breakfast were also really friendly

We had a Junior Suite with a sofa bed. The hotel had dark decor the rooms were tired and dusty, breakfast was very disappointing. It was a 25 minute walk into the centre

Loved staying here as it was very comfortable and the staff were beyond amazing and hospitable! Ahmad and Jean were very welcoming and helpful whenever we need anything from restaurant recs to a coffee to a perk us up! this is definitely a hotel I’m so glad to have found will be visiting again when back in Milan- highly recommend 💖 thank you again for such a great stay- also fab breakfast buffet!

loved the breakfast, everything was fresh; warm and tasty. especially enjoyed the green mint tea. the rooms are nice as well but it could honestly be better considerinf the price.

It is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.

The location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a little further out than we'd like but tram stops were right outside, along with a tube station, so wasn't really an issue

Room was beautiful, view from the room was a patio ( awesome). Breakfast was great. We took a tram from the train station that dropped us off in front of the hotel. Recommend 100%

Overall ok, but small rooms (even with a mezzanine) and beds. you hear the flushing of the toilets above you. There'a a tram near the hotel which brings you near the underground. Center is 20 minutes away per foot

The hotel locates at a corner, easy to be seen, near the Eataly restaurant which is also a supermarket where you can by eatable goods.

Fantastic hotel with great location across from Duomo, at the Galleria V, across from shopping mall, at a main metro stop, in walking distance to/ from many key attractions and easily accessible to other parts of the city and suburbs of Milan

Expensive given small rooms and basic amenities, but that is probably because of the central location. The staff kindly moved me to a different room because my first room was noisy

Wonderful staff and hotel, location is great. Right in the heart of everything but things really settle down after dinner on the street. Walkable to other great parts of Milan like Brera and the Navigli canals

Perfect stay for my wife and I. Room was big and everything no went smoothly. Friendly staff. The location is perfect, very close to all the main touristic spots, all walkable distance. Would highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful, especially Marco and Alessio who helped me book tickets to the Bagni Misteriosi so we could spend the afternoon at the pool on a very hot day

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a distinctive design concept, but the soundproofing is a bit poor due to the old building. The location is excellent, just minutes from the cathedral

Minors were exempt from city tax, but when we checked out, there was an extra 100 euros. I couldn't quite figure out what the tax was. Perhaps the difference in tax was due to the change in room price

There were three of us, two adults and one child, and we booked a double room. Upon arrival, we were asked to upgrade to a suite with an extra bed for 180 euros per day

fantastic choice for one night or longer in a renewed hotel. very Central for Sightseeing as Nightlife. Got a special discount online and the prices at the Minibar and the bar in the Lobby were very fair.

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The only minor letdown was that the safe wasn’t working — we were told it would be fixed, but unfortunately it wasn’t during our stay

Hotel was good and clean but quite small. Shower space is super tiny! I’m super tiny already and couldn’t shower properly, can’t imagine bigger size person to use the shower space

Other than that, everything else was spot on. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff — they did a fantastic job

For the price we paid the rooms were fully modernized with AC which is important during summer in Italy. The bathrooms were spacious with good amenities and excellent towels

Well located hotel situated on a tram ride from Central Station and with access to underground rail a short distance away. Very clean rooms and nice vibes generally. Only thing missing from rooms is USB charging port

Euro Hotel in Milan turned out to be a great find for us. It’s moderately priced for its location and surrounded by plenty of restaurants — some of the best pizza joints are literally next door

One tip — skip the hotel breakfast. It’s pretty basic and overpriced for what they offer. Just step outside and you’ll find lots of lovely cafés and bakeries for your morning coffee and bites

While most rooms here are on the smaller side, we got lucky with an upgrade to a larger room that had an extra bed along with a double bed. The bathrooms are compact but functional and clean

Room was clean and had a nice vibe to it, breakfast was a little bit underwhelming in this place and my room smelt of fresh paint, which wasn’t the most pleasant but was still okay

The real highlight of this place is its location — getting a taxi or even an Uber is super easy, and the main train station is only about a 15-minute drive away

Short story here and a huge thanks to the receptionist which I wish I knew his name That guy took me my wife and our three boys in after a shocking night in Milan where the other hotel we booked for staying never answered our calls and by midnight we had nowhere to sleep

It looks exactly like the pictures - finished to a high standard, with fun decor, great in-room amenities and nice touches like lots of complimentary sweets and chocolates! It was so centrally located and quiet inside

Contrary to reviews, there are no snacks, sweets, or surprises at the hotel. I chose this hotel for my daughter, but apart from the room's decor and pink lights, it was a disappointment

The whole place had smart lighting controls, and the pink color scheme might not be suitable for most people. It rained heavily the night I checked in, causing a short circuit and frequent power outages in the room

It was all so sweet; the shampoo and shower gel were macaron and chocolate scented, the hallway was littered with sweet gummies, and even the handbags in the room were filled with marshmallows

Everything is spectacular from up there! Great place to spend a really nice evening in good company. Recommended.

We asked to be seated at the edge for a better view and after about an hour we could move spots. Drinks are very pricey compared to normals standards, a beer is about 10 euro, and cocktails are between 15-20 euro

If you wear decent clothes like a shirt and jeans you’ll be fine. Staff is very friendly and adequate. One of the waiters placed us near the dj so the music was kind of loud and we didn’t have a real view
