Really nice, affordable hotel in a good location near the city center and transportation. Parking is free but space is limited, so try calling ahead or hope you get lucky
Service: The latte was pretty good.
A nice breakfast was included each morning, so overall the hotel is a good value compared to the exorbitant hotel costs near the Duomo center of Milan for hundreds more
Thank you for a fantastic stay! Loved your top class service and beautiful hotel facilities. Breakfast room brings back the decadence elegance and class- food 5 stars plus excellent! Dream location in city
It is not in the center but the location is still good. There are nearby stations for transportation. It looks a bit old but is very well maintained. All the staff was very friendly and helpful
The hotel is warm, cosy, old style, charming, reception fulfill all your request, thanks to Signor Alberto to make our stay special. The breakfast is excellent, service is outsanding, especially courtesy of Signor Modi

Decent hotel in Milan centre. 5 min walk to metro and 15 min walk to train station. Good for short stays in Milan
It's not a very famous small hotel, small but adequate, the accommodation experience is quite good, the location is in the city center
Charming hotel in an excellent location, 10 minutes from the historic center and Piazza del Duomo. Extremely friendly staff, both day and night receptionists, as well as the luggage handler
A superb hotel, spotlessly clean, modern room and everything you could need: coffee, slippers, bathrobe. A friendly team, impeccable service, thank you! True to its name, just steps from the dome and the main avenues
This is a very good hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness ratio. It is within walking distance to the cathedral and many attractions. The hotel service is very considerate and very friendly to Chinese people.
Hotel Mentana is a small, well run hotel well located in Milan. The rooms are small but adequate…excellent breakfast options.

Milan, Viale Bligny 23 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Our room was clean, average size and everything in working condition. The breakfast is basic but acceptable. The location is not too bad but also not super central
The room was incredibly clean and well kept - the mattress was perfect and the linens were sumptuous. I had booked the smallest room, as I was traveling alone, and everything was still perfect
The (included) breakfast was delicious. The staff spoke perfect English, and was very patient and helpful with my broken Italian
I can't say enough good things about all the staff - they knew directions to everything and knew answers to all my questions
The rooms don't have an iron, we had to use the one iron they had in their basement laundry and can only be accessed after 7am. Would advise to bring your own travel iron if needed. Overall, very happy with our stay! ♥️
Some restaurants are in this street, other places are in 10 minute walking distance. The check-in was kind of strange - probably with less than 5 words. The check-out guy was super friendly though

Petit Palais Hotel de Charme, Milan1 / 22Offer

Milan, Via Molino delle Armi, 1, Ticinese (in the centre) 🧭 Map
With that philosophy in mind—and without restricting myself by budget—I chose to stay at the Petit Palais Amélie in Milan, fully aware that a historic property may not be “perfect” in the conventional sense, nor in every physical detail relative to its price point
Its location allows for easy walking access to all major sights, and the history of the building is extraordinary, having once sat along a canal that disappeared nearly a century ago. I was not disappointed in any way
When I travel, I make a conscious effort to stay in hotels that honor their heritage and allow me to feel connected to the city’s past, rather than those rushing to conform to a modern, uniform aesthetic
I was fortunate to visit during the week before Christmas, when both the hotel and the city were filled with a warm, festive ambiance. The reviews I read beforehand were, by and large, very accurate
For my wife and me, our stay was deeply meaningful—personal, warm, and genuinely delightful. The hotel’s small staff creates an intimate, welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel truly cared for
Our stay was truly delightful and embodied the very definition of a hotel de charme—something increasingly rare and deeply appreciated

Perfect location. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean, nice quality linens towels and amenities, comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast though no buffet because of covid. Good air-conditioning.
An excellent boutique hotel. The staff is very welcoming and efficient. Location couldn’t be better for walking out the door to great shopping and attractions. Lmk
The property was close to shopping and the sites. Staff was very accommodating. A stylish boutique hotel with comfortable lounge area and rooms.
Wonderful and helpful service. Breakfast includes cafe, bread, fruit, yogurt, baked goods and sliced meat. The location is near a main shopping thoroughfare, close to food, shopping and tourist sites
It was an amazing stay. The staff could not have been nicer!
Centrally in Brera Great location. Very good service. Hotel is lying on top of the Metro so some rumbling if you’re staying at first floor. Great breakfast.

Staff were thinking ahead to when we were leaving Milan to travel to Rome in case the Winter Olympics was an issue for us. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and the slippers were really welcome after a day on our feet
We were greeted in a lovely fashion and made to feel at home. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful with good choices. Neighborhood was quiet for sl
They even gave us coffee and bottled water when we left. Aside from the hotel building being a bit retro and the location being a little hard to find, we were extremely satisfied!
The only suggestion I have would be to create a raise for the entry of the shower so the water doesn't leak under the shower door. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff
The patio was wonderful, they take great care of the plants on the balcony and it is a beautiful place to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day of sight seeing
This place is so cool and literally a hidden gem! Rooms are comfortable and stylish and the patios are a great addition, and you cant beat the location.

Hotel Manzoni is a fantastic place right in the heart of Milan, just steps from the main shopping street. The location is perfect, quiet and elegant but very central. The staff are true professionals
The hotels rooms were very spacious , well maintained and very clean. It was the most comfortable bed and it had allergy free pillows. The absolute best rain shower
The rooms were extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the needed amenities; excellent breakfast and restaurant; extremely courteous and helpful staff
The location is in the heart of the Milan fashion District. A short walk to the Via Montenapoleone and very close to the quad Galleria. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and very efficient
Everyone was kind, helpful and made us feel welcome. A special thanks to Nadia, our amazing housekeeper from Georgia, who took great care of us every day
The morning breakfast had a plethora of food to choose from including freshly made poached or scrambled eggs. I would highly recommend Hotel Manzoni!

But the ‘front desk ‘ door need staff to open and sometimes there’s only one staff and when they’re away you’ll have to wait until someone open the door for you. It’s like a Airbnb more than a hotel
Great room, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, in room sauna and excellent shower. The only issue was on our last night the Aircon in our room failed and we had to move to a smaller room
The hotel serves a really good breakfast and there is a small restaurant just outside that serves truly excellent food in the evening (we ate there every night after our first visit!)
Very clean and comfortable stay. When we got there it was a little confusing where to go up to the second floor at reception. Great service at the front desk and bar.
Excellent value for money and would certainly stay there again, it's a little out of the way but this isn't an issue if you like to walk
They’ll give you a link to open the street door , door and room door

The employees were amazing and provided all their care and detailed attention to our questions and needs. This was the most pleasant experience in any vacation that we have taken so far

The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day right. Overall, a fantastic experience — I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Milan!
Thank you Sempione Hotel in Milan , Italy to your staff and management team and specifically Milo at front desk for the excellent dedication to the hospitality industry

The hotel is located in the heart of Milan — within walking distance of all the main attractions and the central station. There is a convenient luggage storage option after check-out
Wife and I booked a room here at the last minute during the Olympics. Marvelous place! Cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in in my life! Spotless - cleaner than the bathroom at my house (and that's saying something)
The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with plenty of toiletries and a complimentary mini-bar. Breakfast is varied and delicious. A wonderful bonus was the first complimentary cocktail at the bar every evening
The bartender is very helpful in suggesting drinks and makes them perfectly. Special thanks to the staff — they are incredibly friendly and ready to help with any request
It’s the staff who truly create an atmosphere that makes you want to come back
And the staff was incredible

I've spent the weekend in Milano and I stayed in this hotel. I am satisfied with the service and the room. I recommend it.
The service was very polite. I was also able to store my luggage in advance.
The room is very clean and the transportation is very convenient.
Convenient location, close to the metro. Supermarket nearby.
It was a fine cheap hotel for 2 days milan. The hotel is outdated but the room is clean! And the staff is helpful. Beds are okè but for someone like me that is 1. 92 meter tall, the bed is to small

I understand I'm paying for the location, not the luxury. Overall, I think the hotel offers good value considering its central location and reasonable rates
Very nice location, The accommodation is located in the city center and is easily accessible.
The hotel is super central, perfectly connected with the metro or tram, and easy to get to from the train station. The room we got was spacious
The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the cathedral. It's surrounded by plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making it incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!
The location is amazing, right next to Duomo. Duomo metro station is 100 meters from the hotel. You get to see the Cathedral when its still empty. The room is a little small, bed bot too comfortable
The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay. My room was next to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t too bad and understandable for the price

The hotel is located in the heart of Milan within a few blocks of Duomo di Milano so, it’s perfect for tourists. There is luxury shopping & plenty of wonderful restaurants & cafes in the area
Very happy with this hotel overall. Great location, right in the centre of Milano and near the metro, various tourist attractions etc. Both gents we met at the front desk were very friendly
Comfortable and central The room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful
Water fountain at the front desk is also appreciated, just what you need after returning from a day out! I thought it a little pricey but given the above comments it was probably worth it
One was very helpful in giving us tips on getting to the San Siro. Lady I met at the desk one morning was also very friendly, as were the house keeping staff I met
We also booked on relatively short notice so that likely explains the pricing as well. Will happily stay again next time I visit Milano

The downside is that we stayed for 5 days, and for the first two days, they kept filling the fridge with 2 bottles of water. But from the third day on, they stopped filling the fridge with water
The only downside is that the supermarket is a bit far away, but that's SOSO Chinatown is also 1km away, so you can grab some Korean food there when you miss it
The gentleman who works at the hotel counter in the evening is very kind and gentle. Most of the staff are also kind, and the breakfast has a limited selection, but it's good to eat something simple
It's close enough to walk to most of Milan's tourist attractions. It's a safe area, so families often walk by with their children even at 10 p
We drank a lot of water anyway, so we bought a box of plastic bottles from the supermarket and drank them, so it wasn't a big deal
But unfortunately, the bedspread is just one layer and got nothing inside, plus the temperature of AC is limited to a certain range, which makes night in the room very cold, I found it hard to fall asleep and almost caught a cold the next day

The location is absolutely ideal, central, vibrant, and very convenient for getting around. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how safe and welcoming the environment felt
Hotel Canada in Milan is a great, well-located option between Navigli and Duomo, with easy metro access from Linate Airport. We felt safe walking around day and night as two women, which made a big difference
Wonderful hotel in an excellent location a short and interesting walk to the Duomo. Great cafes and restaurants around it. Lovely staff, stylish clean rooms and a generous buffet breakfast
I was satisfied overall, but the service from the staff was especially great. They even recommended some great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, so I recommend getting a plan that includes breakfast
The room was comfortable and quiet despite being near the lift. Breakfast was simple (not a full English) but had enough variety—pastries, pancakes, fruit, and continental options
Excellent location, close to the Duomo and many activities to enjoy while visiting Milan. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety.

Location-Location-Location! Right in front of Porta Genova station, 3 minutes walk from the Tortona Area, tram to the center and a Carrefour next door
The location was great, very close to a metro station. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of cold cuts, cheeses, and fruit. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was clean
The location is nice and safe but a bit far from the the metro station. My solo apartment had a very nice view on Milan! The price matched the room expectations. Had a great stay there
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. It's about a 3-minute walk from Porta Genova Station. It's convenient, but you can hear the tram running nearby
The rooms are indeed old, but overall well kept and it's really clean. The staff is amazing, cute, happy, smiling and willing to make your stay pleasurable
Although it's old, the hotel and rooms were clean. The only amenities provided were soap and shampoo, but that seems to be the case in most Italian hotels

Room was cleaned every day, staff was very friendly and helpful, air conditioner was working fine, hotel located in very good place near tram stop in both directions so it is very helpful to go till city centre by tram or walk 20min
It's really great service and employees and close to all locations, and there are 3 cafes that I blocked if I walk a little!!! The subway is close and I think the location is really reasonable price! However, there was a sound of trams, but it was okay because it was a time zone that didn’t matter to me who was working! I‘m so grateful that the road has a subtle atmosphere and the staff is kind!
The street the hotel is on seems like it would not support such a hotel but just walk to the corner and you are back to what you expect. The rooms are very small but so well laid out and furnushed it is not a problem
Travelling alone ,I was made comfortable and the reception staff were super helpful. Small bedroom but perfectly functional. shower, toiletries fridge ,hairdryer. The breakfast was set out lovely
Rooms were small, but clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. There are a few steps up to the very tiny elevator. Lots of good food, groceries and shopping nearby.

Positive: - close to the centre, wel connected with bust, tram and metro - 30 minutes walk to duomo (shopping, church, leonardo musuee etc) - lot to check out in all directions from this place (venture out and witness amazing itslian restaurants, gelato shops, shopping even carrefour and mac Donald's;)) - fridge is available at the basement to keep your supplies cool (big plus if you plan to visit...
I had a good stay at Hotel la Vignetta. The room was spotlessly clean, well laid out and everything worked. The bed was large for a single room, and very comfortable
Comfortable bed, quiet, lovely staff on reception, good location with bars/restaurants nearby, tram stop outside or a 25 min walk to the subway. Had a really enjoyable experience
Very close to tramvay and bus. Its very close to the navigli canal. 25 minutes walking distance to everywhere. You can Find a good pizza and pasta around the hotel

The rooms were very nice, the bathrooms big enough, and the breakfast ample. They had nice pastries and tea. The location is central to many restaurants with a lot of activity into the night
Great boutique hotel at the banks of the canal. Can be noisy at night so make sure to get a garden-view room. Location is not too central so take this into account
Starting with a phone call from the US to clear up a reservation issue prior to arriving, right up until the moment a taxi was secured for us as we departed, the staff were all kind, accommodating, and attentive
We walked almost everywhere (a little over 20 mins to the Last Supper and under 30 mins to the Duomo, all flat through interesting areas). However the hotel is well positioned for the tram and metro services
We have just returned from a family break with two of our teenage children. We had canal view rooms and, yes you can hear the nightlife from the wonderful/ vibrant Navigli area,
however it didnt negatively impact our stay and we loved having the bars, restaurants, and the monthly sunday antique market right on our doorstep

The curtains on the beds were amazing!!!!! But there's one fatal flaw!!!!! The bathroom looked clean, but the toilet seat was incredibly cold. Each room has a large locker, so bring a padlock
Anyway, it's definitely a great hostel for making friends!! I was a bit drained, so I just had my free drink and went upstairs
It is about a half an hour walk from the city center, but the area felt quite safe. It's also only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, making it very accessible
Nice place and the public area is perfect , you can make a lot of new friends there and staff are pretty nice to
It's a bit far from the center of Milan! The front desk staff are incredibly friendly!! They give you a free drink coupon when you check in, and it seems like there's a party every night where guests can mingle
The hostel felt safe and clean! They've got plenty of activities that I unfortunately didn't get a chance to participate in as I was only in Milan for 2 days. They also gave a complimentary drink ticket to use at the bar
