Good location, near milan central station. Room was a bit small, but normal size in Europe. The bed was firm and comfortable (I prefer firm bed more than soft bed). But the service needs to improve, the receptionists were unwelcoming!

The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom light kept going off mid poo. It is in a good location near the metro and Corsa Bueno Aries. The rooms are clean. The WiFi was also good. However having stopped in the other ibis nearby on previous occasions I would say the other one is superior.

The room does not have any kettle for boiling water, the flow of the water for the shower is bad, and if u have long hair, it will take years to complete the washing... Pls bring your own toothbrush and cup for your dental maintenance.

Magville is ok but it is not a 4 star hotel. We walked to the Duomo, but there are not really any restaurants or shops near the hotel.

The breakfast was continental. It was a small area dedicated in the lobby, though you could eat outside as well.. the selection was so so if you have dietary issues.

They’ll give you a link to open the street door , door and room door . But the ‘front desk ‘ door need staff to open and sometimes there’s only one staff and when they’re away you’ll have to wait until someone open the door for you . The front desk and lobby are decent, but the rooms and hallways are just okay. It feels like an old building that's been converted. The big plus is its proximity to the train station, making it a great option if you have an early train to catch – we just walked over in the morning. Everything you need is nearby, and you can get around by metro or on foot.

Perfect location if you want to take a walk to the major sights. AC in the room, there were 4 of us, quite cramped, but ok. We came by car and could park on the street outside so it was very good. For breakfast, cappuccino was made to order so that was an extra plus for that!

Arrived late at night but despite that check in was very smooth it took less than a few minutes. Room was comfortable, not too noisy maybe because my room was on the third floor, toilets and shower rooms are clean and functional with good water pressure for a nice hot shower during winter. Simple and clean, suitable for business trips

Even though there was a sign saying that no cleaning was required, the cleaning staff opened the door without permission. I was traveling alone, so this was extremely scary. Also, the actual room was quite different from the photo, and it was bigger than it was in the photo, so I wish they would update their website. It just felt weird.
