The hotel is only a small metro ride away from Milan city centre and it is very clean with lovely staff. They have a gym and restaurant available too
Located along the main road. Just walking distance to Metro ( Turro). Close to Dumo. Recommend to stay there. Breakfast is so so.
If you are traveling with a rent car in Milan, I think those hotel will be one of the best places which you can choose. It’s easy to access to Duomo and other attractions in Milan through metro and you can use an exclusive hotel parking lot.
The hotel has a great environment with spacious rooms and is very close to the subway station. It offers excellent value for money in a big city like Milan. There's a Carrefour right next door, making shopping very convenient. Most importantly, they provided us with a free taxi service to the train station—highly recommended!
Good location, very close to Metro, but don’t know why there is no air conditioner in the early of October which made us feel extremely hot at night! When we open the windows, mosquitos coming in, we can’t sleep well!
The room was spacious and clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options. The price was reasonable. The location provides great transport convenience; it's just a 200-meter walk to the Line 1 subway, which takes you directly to Milan Cathedral in 8 stops. Plus, there's a Carrefour supermarket right next door, making shopping very convenient.

Good hotel, great location. Very good variety for the breakfast, lots of different cakes, breads and pasties. Staff at the breakfast were super nice. Room is simple, but provides a good nights sleep. Conditioner would be nice to have. Towels smell a little weird.
This hotel is super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. There's a Penny supermarket right next door, which is great for picking up fresh groceries. While the hotel's facilities are a bit older, they are very clean, tidy, and make for a cozy stay.
It’s great location. Just in front of Milano Central Station and there are lots of Italian restaurants and supermarkets. Concierge is great and I enjoyed breakfast as well.
The room is really nice and clean! Even comes with a complimentary mini bar. Recommended!
Staying at the hotel that shares my name was a fantastic opportunity. The hotel's location was very easy, both from the airport and to get to attractions. The hotel is in a safe area. We were very pleased and will recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything.
Hotel Berna is a great choice for travelers, especially with its convenient walking-distance location from Milano Centrale Train Station. The accessibility makes it perfect for both short stays and onward journeys. The breakfast served is good, though the selection is limited, offering mainly European-style options. Still, the quality is satisfying for a simple start to the day. The rooms are clean...

The hotel deserves a full five stars for its outstanding stay and unbeatable location in the heart of the city❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Situated just a short and pleasant walk from the Duomo and Piazza del Duomo, it makes sightseeing, shopping and exploring Milan incredibly easy on foot. 🔥 Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, La Scala and the main fashion and shopping streets are also within comfortable walking distance...
Everything was AMAZING!!! STAFF: From reception Staff who are extremely polite and helpful with a real smile, to the polite room service and cleaning. ROOM: We booked Standard room, large spacious room with good views and windows + it has everything we need shampoos, slippers, Dental kit, Vanity kit everything. Also it had “شطاف" which was a plus+++ Location: Was perfect and close to everything...
Wanted to give Ketiana a special shoutout for her excellent service. We came around 7am straight from the airport, our room was definitely not ready, but her hospitality made us fell in love with the hotel immediately. With her attentiveness, we were able to check in early. 💯
We stayed 2 nights in a room I selected (paid extra for option). The room was beautifully designed and well equipped. Despite overlooking the main street it was quiet (3rd floor). The staff in reception and at the door were professional, attentive and very friendly. It had the feel of a high-class hotel, and is in a beautful historic building. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very...
The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast

Very nice and old restaurant of Milan, quality and service is perfect $$$
Amazing Hotel in the heart of Milan! Staff is definitely professional ( but could smile more :)) and the service as well. Beautiful place to spend holidays or relaxing moments and where you will enjoy the charming and elegant Italian atmosphere.
All in gold and "nagatomo" :-)
Stayed here 3 days and can notice excellent location! Stuff is helpful a lot) breakfast is reach enough and also you can visit spa...so impression is very good, even room was quite small)
The bar is beautiful and the cocktails we had were amazing. The bar snacks served with the cocktails were also diverse and impressive. The restaurant on the other hand massively disappointed. Food was average at best while being the most expensive meal we had on our two weeks in Italy. The restaurant is dark and decorated like an old supper club with out of place pop art pieces mixed with the traditional...

Great hotel, the rooms were very nice and clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. We were able to leave our baggage at the hotel until check in time. Location is good, not too central but there is a subway & train station nearby. Perfect mix of comfort, professional hospitality and functionality. And a reasonable price, which in Milano has become almost impossible to find. If you are in Milano for business in the city life area, this is the hotel you want to stay at.
Lovely hotel with in a convenient location in Milan at a comfortable walking distance from train station Garibaldi. The room was clean and comfortable enough for three nights, especially after a long day of walking. The breakfast was also varied enough. Would definitely recommend it!
Single room was compact but not in a negative way - I might have gotten a recently renovated or refreshed one as I did not notice any wear and tear as mentioned in other comments. Comfortable mattress, spotless bathroom with nice products, and a large open wardrobe area. I would give one less star for the non existent noise insulation - I could clearly hear and *understand* conversations in adjoining...
The rooms were spotless, and to my surprise, the bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The room had a pleasant, fresh scent, which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the hotel’s location was very convenient — within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Overall, a lovely stay and a place I can definitely recommend.

The service was incredibly attentive, and they made sure we were comfortable at all times. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were perfect. Plus, it's super close to the Duomo and the entire city center, so you can easily rest whenever you need to during your trip.
An excellent hotel considering its location, clean rooms, and very high-class staff service. It's also conveniently located near the Duomo and all the luxury shops (a 10-minute walk). i pay for 2 nights 300 euro for the price its normal for deluxe hotels in italy not expienceve
Not bad at all, it's small but has everything you need, and the location is very convenient. If I get the chance to go to Milan again, whether for business or leisure, I'd definitely consider this hotel. I hope they maintain their standards.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Milan Cathedral. The staff are warm and fluent in English. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's fresh and delicious.

My stay at Portrait Milano was brief, as I was in town for Milan Men’s Fashion Week Winter ’25, but it left a lasting impression. The room was beautifully appointed, with a refined Art Deco design language that felt both modern and timeless — understated luxury done very well. One of the highlights of the stay was unexpectedly running into Javier, whom I first met years ago at Portrait Roma. It was...

A very nice hotel in a grand old château. It's not very large, so the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Located a bit outside the city center, it still has excellent connections to downtown and Linate Airport. The best way to get to the city center is by the vintage tram, for example, line 19. For Linate Airport, the metro station is right outside the hotel; alternatively, you can take a taxi to the...
Beautiful rooms, in a useful location close to the centre of Milan. Food at breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of high quality. The Spa was an added bonus, a calming and relaxing place to spend time. Service throughout the hotel was friendly, efficient and warm - which made our stay extra special.
This hotel was awarded to my favorite hotel during this European trip.
All amenities were great and rooms were good, just that the location is near a subway station, and staying on the first floor, the subway could be heard everytime. Gym was quite small too.
Nice 5-star hotel with a unique and somewhat whimsical, fairytale-like style. I stayed here for the second time recently, and while the decor can be a bit over the top, the overall experience is solid. The location isn’t right in the center, but it’s still fairly central and well-connected, making it convenient enough for exploring Milan without being in the middle of the crowds. The hotel is quite close to the exhibition center, about a 15-minute drive, and they even offer shuttle service with two vans! The room was spacious, but the lighting was a bit too dim. Breakfast options were limited. Due to the Winter Olympics, the hotel price was quite high.
The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly; she checked me in super fast and even recommended some less-known local spots, helping me avoid the crowds. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a good variety, with hot congee, steamed buns, and freshly made noodles – it all tasted wonderfully homemade. Plus, the 24-hour self-service laundry room is so practical with its washer-dryer...
No drinking water was provided, but the fridge was full of overpriced drinks and snacks. The front desk asked for my credit card information (card number, security code, etc.) to pay the city tax! Who do they think they are asking for my card details, just to make it easier for them to charge customers who sneak snacks and drinks? Who even wants their stuff anyway? It's also very far from the bus stop...
The hotel is decent; the room is spacious and well-equipped, though not as luxurious as depicted in the photos. Additionally, the packaged drinks on the nightstand are chargeable, and there was no prior notification, which...

Everything was very good (service, food, beds) except extremely old elevator, bathroom, rest rooms near taverna on the ground floor. This building must be renovated as soon as possible. Overall is quite good. We booked the double room for 2 adults and 1 kids (5 years old), but we have to upgrade our room to triple room with extra charge. Overall, it was quite good. The staff were friendly, and it was a decent, reliable stay that didn't disappoint.
The room itself was clean and just as advertised. I booked this hotel since it advertised air conditioning. I am a very hot sleeper and need a fan or some kind of airflow. Friendly staff, great location near Milan Central Station.
The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.
The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy.
