Milan, Via Marco D'Agrate 34 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is not bad, but it's also far from perfect. It's quite far from the centre and the rooms were not ideal. The curtain had a massive stain and I couldn't make the AC work, but the beds were very comfortable. The hair dryer was so damaged that I was scared to touch it. They have breakfast, but it's 15 euros, so we bought some breakfast in the coffee place on the corner and it was 3 times cheaper
We were there two weeks ago, and we had a good time there. The staff was so, so nice, kind and very helpful! The hotel was undergoing some type of reparation and the lobby was a bit chaotic, but it didn't really mattered to us. The rooms were big enough and with all type of commodities needed. Breakfast also had a bit of everything and was overall very good. Bad thing that Wi-Fi's connection was really...
The hotel is located in a good area, about a 15-minute walk from the metro station. There’s also a store nearby where you can buy essentials if needed. The room was great clean and nicely decorated. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was in decent condition clean and fairly well-maintained, though not perfect. Another plus was the lift,...
Me and my partner were very pleasant when we first arrived. Everything seemed clean and in order at first but then we noticed some weird stains on the towels. Even the ones that they put as new had stains on them which made us question the hygiene. The shower head seemed like it wasn’t cleaned for a very long time. But overall it was neat and bearable. The breakfast was okay. I could only enjoy the...
Staff was very nice, clean and room was big
We stayed here for three weeks, Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The staffs were attentive, my room was comfortable, and the amenities were great. However, the breakfast variety was a bit lacking. While the quality was good, there weren't as many options as I would have liked. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. i definitely plan to stay again.
Hard to say it's a pleasant stay. The staff there is very nice. But unfortunately, the bedspread is just one layer and got nothing inside, plus the temperature of AC is limited to a certain range, which makes night in the room very cold, I found it hard to fall asleep and almost caught a cold the next day.
The location is really good. It's close enough to walk to most of Milan's tourist attractions. It's a safe area, so families often walk by with their children even at 10 p.m. The only downside is that the supermarket is a bit far away, but that's SOSO Chinatown is also 1km away, so you can grab some Korean food there when you miss it. The gentleman who works at the hotel counter in the evening is...
Our stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the staff. We had a special request for an early check-in and a late check-out due to our travel schedule, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This kind of flexibility and understanding made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their...

Hotel Canada in Milan is a great, well-located option between Navigli and Duomo, with easy metro access from Linate Airport. We felt safe walking around day and night as two women, which made a big difference. The room was comfortable and quiet despite being near the lift. Breakfast was simple (not a full English) but had enough variety—pastries, pancakes, fruit, and continental options. Overall...
Excellent central location, clean structure, very kind and helpful staff
Very good charming and clean hotel
Excellent location, close to the Duomo and many activities to enjoy while visiting Milan. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety.
Wonderful hotel in an excellent location a short and interesting walk to the Duomo. Great cafes and restaurants around it. Lovely staff, stylish clean rooms and a generous buffet breakfast. The hotel kindly let us check into our room early as we had flown overnight from Australia and were so tired and in need of a shower! Highly recommended good value hotel.
I was satisfied overall, but the service from the staff was especially great. They even recommended some great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, so I recommend getting a plan that includes breakfast. The only downside was that the shower was a little tricky to use (the temperature was unstable), but other than that it was great.

Living Suites is a boutique hotel located at the north western end of Parco Sempione. The location is close to the city without the noise of the center. A short tram ride or walk past the castle. It is ideally situated on a very quiet corner right next to the park. The rooms are beautifully done with excellent decor and really comfortable beds. The cleanliness is excellent, with the vital touches...
Amazing experience! Room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Their reception is inside of “Living Liqueurs” a popular bar lounge staffed by an amazing crew from bartender, to Matteo the bar manager and last but not least the general manager Eksell - super courteous, friendly and highly professional - they made my stay so much more enjoyable. Looking forward to my return.
Very nice room and location. Logistics needs an update. I had checked in online and received a code. The building did not have a sign on it for the suites. It was not mentioned in any communication that the check-in was in the restaurant below. With the code we entered the building, we started with floor 1, where the living suites were indeed located. The code did not work on any of the rooms after...
Not easy to find as you need to go to the bar/restaurant next door first, however a warm welcome and a friendly and fast service. Very nice looking room but unfortunately found some hair witch wasn’t mine…..that’s a pity……breakfast in the nice bar/restaurant (included). Not a buffet but several things too choose from. Overall would like to visit it again however probably just by incident, cleaning...
Amazing property. Beautiful bar/restaurant with great food and drinks (and really awesome chocolate croissants for breakfast). Lovely area. One minute walk to the tram. Some excellent restaurants just steps away. Loved this place!
Wonderful location, questionable service Wonderful location, and comfortable room. The hotel is part of a bar, where the staff has questionable service education. They didn’t clean the room during the day, but at 18 they came to the room and opened the door without knocking. The staff continuesly got our orders wrong, with no regrets. There were 1,5 staff member per table, yet noone paid attention...

Although it's old, the hotel and rooms were clean. The only amenities provided were soap and shampoo, but that seems to be the case in most Italian hotels. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. It's about a 3-minute walk from Porta Genova Station. It's convenient, but you can hear the tram running nearby.
Good location near the beautiful area Navigli. Room is very old and it’s noisy . But in general it was ok for one night. Breakfast was good!
The location is nice and safe but a bit far from the the metro station. My solo apartment had a very nice view on Milan! The price matched the room expectations. Had a great stay there

It's so-so, the environment is terrible.
The location was great, very close to a metro station. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of cold cuts, cheeses, and fruit. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was clean. However, the shower was a bit small. The room was also very noisy, as a lot of sound came through the closed door.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Teco in Milan. The location is excellent, very central, safe and convenient for exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel in Milan. It’s small but very comfortable, and the location is great — close to everything we needed. What really made our experience special, though, was the warm and thoughtful service. We arrived very late at night, around 2 a.m., after a long and exhausting journey due to a delayed flight. We were absolutely worn out, but as soon as we walked...
Amazing stay in heart of city. Probably the best hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Person at reception were very friendly and always ready to help. Lovely little hotel. Very clean, friendly and polite staff. Breakfast area small but they called us to the room when tables got free😊 We kind of wanted more salty variations of breakfast. Lots of sweets ( pastry, cakes, muesli) and from salty only sandwich materials and mozarella and boiled egg. Good cappuccino ☕🤎
The room is a bit compact. The window can be fully opened. It is very quiet when the window is closed. The bells of the church next door can be heard before 10 pm, but there are no more after that, which does not affect sleep. The toilet flushing in the bathroom makes a loud noise. It's really great service and employees and close to all locations, and there are 3 cafes that I blocked if I walk a little!!! The subway is close and I think the location is really reasonable price! However, there was a sound of trams, but it was okay because it was a time zone that didn’t matter to me who was working! I‘m so grateful that the road has a subtle atmosphere and the staff is kind!
Although my room was tiny, neat and comfortable its enough. very good location, reach everywhere on foot. very nice helpful staff! decent breakfast, many good choices. will come back again!
Good location, about 4 mins walk to underground then 2 stops to Duomo. Clean rooms, the windows open fully and was directly above the bed which isn’t great. I asked to be moved and was albeit at a €30 per night premium as was into a double rather than single which was fine.
Room was cleaned every day, staff was very friendly and helpful, air conditioner was working fine, hotel located in very good place near tram stop in both directions so it is very helpful to go till city centre by tram or walk 20min. Hotel is situated in a good location with lots of travel options. Tram stop is very close to the hotel which made it very easy to travel around. Hotel is simple, the decor is a little outdated but this somehow had a nice charm to the hotel. It's lovely and cosy. All staff members were very helpful and polite.
The room was small but comfortable. I could hardly hear any noise from the street. The small bathroom looked magnificent with marvellous tiles all over! The hotel is clean and nicely decorated with a local vibe, but what truly made my one-night stay special was the gentleman at reception. His warm welcome and positive energy instantly made the place feel like home.

I booked this hotel at a very last minute, just one hour before I arrived at Milano Centrale. They upgraded my room and everything met my expectation. It is close to the train station, about 5 to 10 minutes walk.
The hotel is very nice. All new design inside the room. Also the room was warm during winter as well. Just a bit far from the main station (was walking around 10-12 mins) but overall is very good.
We love the good quality of the breakfast and the clean & spacious room. The croissant, chocochip cookies, muffin all so yummy. Everyday they serve different type of bread. Good location, near tram and few minutes walk to Metro.
Having travelled all over Italy I appreciated a manned front desk and elevator. The staff was wonderful and kind. They helped with change for the laundry mat. We didn’t have the breakfast but the space and food looked amazing. Ery modern and clean. Loved that it was close to the central station also.
Good location and very clean room but it's no more than a bed and breakfast. It's not a hotel and not a 3star hotel. Rooms are very small and very overpriced. Apart from that, the place was fine for a family
Fairly convenient location near the Central Station, excellent welcome and staff at the desk. Good breakfast in the dining room overlooking a lovely courtyard. Small but functional room and comfortable bathroom with blue lights that turn on when you enter: convenient at night.

Perfect for our short stay Small hotel with friendly vibe. Close to metro and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Quiet. Comfy beds first class service from the youngsters in the front desk.
Fabulous experience, very friendly, helpful and accommodating wishes of customers. Spacious and clean rooms with air conditioning, bathroom equipped with a bidet. Parking is unusual because of location: customers have the choice to park in the surrounding for a fee of 2 Euro/hour or have it dropped at the hotel for 25 Euro flatrate per night (that's what we choose). In general it is not bad. Hotels in Europe are famous for being small and old, but this one is near the subway entrance, and the cleaning is also diligent. The most important thing is that this is where local Milanese gather, and there is almost no theft or robbery, which is the best aspect of living here.

A standard budget hotel with a high cost-performance ratio. The family room is two connecting rooms, which is quite satisfactory. The location is very good. There is a subway station and a medium-sized supermarket right outside the door, which is very convenient.

Run by Chinese owners, the lady at the front desk was very nice. The soundproofing in the hotel is extremely poor. It's probably on par with the most basic budget hotels in China, or even an old, run-down house. It's okay for a one-night stopover.
Really close to central railway station. Warm room (what I found uncommon in Italy and very pleasant for me). Room had a small cosy balcony with beautiful view. Warm floors in the bathroom 😍. Breakfast costed me only 8 euro and for this price it was more than good. In total it is great value for money.
A clean hotel near Milano Centrale, standard quality you see at hotels nearby Italian railway stations. The location is great both for trains/Metro and reaching Milan airport. The buses stop right opposite the hotel entrance. There're several hotels in the same building but the signage is good and it is easy to find the entrance/hotel.
Wonderful hotel in an excellent location! The train station is just a few minutes' walk away!!!! For the airport, there's also a bus stop right across from the hotel; it costs €10 and takes an hour to Malpensa!!!! The hotel stands out for its quality, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and clean!!! Our stay was delightful, and we would definitely choose it again. We highly recommend it!!!
This is a nice place but you should be aware to photo in their website is the Central station. Hotel is on the third floor of a building across the station. That's a nice clean hotel. I loved it.
