The room looked nothing like the photo’s but when I brought it up with reception and the bathroom light not working they moved us to another room which was slightly better looked more like the photos. The breakfast was ok - hot drinks and continental- pastries and cereal plus toast. The location was good right next to the metro to get in to Milan. The hotel is old, and the heating system and other noises can wake you up at night. Breakfast is a standard Western buffet. Transportation is fairly convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. It's two stops to Milan Cathedral. Overall, the price is on the expensive side.

This is a very good hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness ratio. It is within walking distance to the cathedral and many attractions. The hotel service is very considerate and very friendly to Chinese people.

Everything is very positive. Clean. Good service. Good breakfast. Easy walkable to the train station, metro. There is a bus stop of buses going to Malpensa Airport (10 euro/person). The only negative is - it is a train station area. But, we did not have any problem. It seems it is safe there.

This place is so cool and literally a hidden gem! Rooms are comfortable and stylish and the patios are a great addition, and you cant beat the location.
