Small rooms with good bed. Good if you spend most of your time exploring Milano not that good if you want to get work done in your room. A big issue is some of the staff that follows unsafe data practices by coping passports for convenience which is illegal according to EU GDPR.

Accurate information about facilities are usually not mentioned properly online. No one is available at the bar to serve drinks for more than half the day, no drinks available in minibar in room. No facility when I wanted to spend time to have a business meeting in the lobby and it's noisy with loud music which prevents from taking any business call. Definitely in the outskirts, the room was super average. It's basically a motel with a facelift. Front desk person who checked us in was an absolute gem. They did have weird policies like one of the main reasons we stayed here is because we needed to get to the airport the next day but we were told that once we checked out, the shuttle service was not offered to us.... and of course we would be checking...

Overall it's an nice hotel to stay and the staff are friendly. Location was not bad, it's about 30 min to city center by tram, and it's only 1 minute to the tram station. I found that the water kettle was oily and the coner of the room and curtain was a little dusty. Other than that it's a good place to stay and easy access by public transport.

This hotel is very smart. The staff are polite and respectful. The decor is a ubiquitous bright white. It doesn't have a restful or relaxing bar. It is an approximate 25 min tram journey north of the centre.

It is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.

The walls are too thin you are hearing all voices in the neighbouring rooms and corridor.

Immaculately clean inside although the outside looks a bit dated, which may put some off. It's lovely and.really good value. We really likes it. It's a way out from the centre but the 14 tram stops right outside. There's a supermarket just around the corner and a park about half a mile away.

The hotel is great, and there's a delicious breakfast every morning. The bed was a bit small, but the room was well-equipped. There was no kettle, but it did have a mini-fridge and a TV.

Very convenient, safe and clean place. The apartment is quite good but the access is complicated with the need of multiple access code and thus a cell phone connected. The space is small, although the bathroom is nice. There is coffee and tea makers as well as a fudge but the electric connections are unstable.

The room was very spacious and well furnished. Staffs were friendly. Naviglio itself has changed a bit. became too touristic in bad way. so the neighborhood wasn't great. Also they have been kept opening the office door which is located on next to my room. Everytime I pass by, I had to face the working scene. that was annoying.

Great location for those travelling by train (like us). The receptionists were very helpful, really appreciated how the evening staff helped us when we had difficulty in communicating with a local restaurant by calling the restaurant himself (conversing in Italian)! J

We arrived Milano Centrale slightly after 10 pm from Napoli by train. The hotel was right there in front of us once we exit from the Milano Centrale. Location - PERFECTO!! Though the room is on the slightly smaller side, the toilet was spacious and there was a roof terrace on the 5th floor that we are on (for both rooms). Sleep was nice and good. Would recommend.

Breakfast is great at this hotel and the staff are 5 Star particularly the lady in the breakfast area, very warm and friendly.  The room is dated but functional. We were assigned rooms on the first floor which is our normal second floor.   We slept early that night around 9pm and we were woken up by continues music at 4am and it goes on until 5am.

Wonderful staff and hotel, location is great. Right in the heart of everything but things really settle down after dinner on the street. Walkable to other great parts of Milan like Brera and the Navigli canals. We had the hotel organize transportation from the airport, everything went smoothly. First class place. Will stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and the location 100 meters from the Duomo and a Metro station can't be beat. The room itself was fine after figuring out a few things that keep the design clean (toilet paper behind a door in the wall, tissues in a drawer in the vanity, slightly awkward taps).

The room location is great, ten minutes from the train station, and right outside the subway exit. The facilities are quite modern, and there's a delicious Sabatini restaurant from 1946 next door.

The hotel is a 4-star hotel with a convenient location, friendly and enthusiastic staff, and new facilities. It also offers a complimentary mini-bar with 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 bottles of sparkling water, 2 bottles of wine, 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of juice, 1 pack of chips, and 1 pack of biscuits – quite a generous selection!

Overall, it was better than expected. There were no slippers or toothbrushes in the room, so you need to bring your own. The bath towels had a slight odor, but everything else was fine. Breakfast was only 12 euros, which is quite reasonable. It's also very convenient as it's super close to the central train station.

It is a 4-star hotel in Monza. It is an old building and the interior furniture feels old. The bed was a bit small and the breakfast was average.

Check-in was quick, although they didn't explain to me that if I had large bags, it was better to enter through the main entrance and not the back where the car is parked. Went there for the F1 Monza GP. The hotel is clean, got an old vibe about it.
