The hotel residence is surrounded by a nice environment with separate pedestrian and vehicle access, making it suitable for walks.

The hotel itself is somewhat outdated. The only downside was that I booked a room with a terrace and prepaid, but upon arrival, they said they couldn't find the reservation. I showed them my booking confirmation, and after searching for a while, they said someone had already checked in. I was shocked; how could someone have checked in so soon after I arrived? It's very likely the hotel made a mistake. After finally getting my room key, I discovered the room didn't have a terrace. Going back to the front desk, they casually said: "Terrace availability depends on room availability." But I should have gotten the room type I booked; either it's unavailable, or if it is, it needs to be matched. Anyway, this experience was quite unpleasant. I was already exhausted and didn't want to argue, and I was only staying two nights. I will never book this residence again. The NH 2 Hotel across the street is much better—easy parking, and the staff are relatively more friendly.

There is bus No. 925 at the hotel entrance. Take the bus towards Udine and get off at via carina. The M2 line is just around the corner (don’t take the bus towards Gobba, it’s the opposite direction and will still pass by the hotel entrance)
The environment is amazing, an unexpected surprise

Good place to be breakfast is great - sigh you far from the city center - the hotel offer Japanese, Italian and Chinese restaurant which are onsite - however there are an infestation of misquotes that makes life difficult
