For the price (€90), it was a negative experience. The room was small and bare, with no closet, just very tall, exposed hangers. There were no bedside tables, just two very narrow shelves—you couldn't even put your cell phone down. There was no bidet or shower head. I tried to open the door/glass to take a shower, but it fell, luckily inside the shower. There was no phone to reach reception. So, get dressed and go to ask for help. The manager comes and, with our help, removes the door/glass and provides us with more towels to soak up the water that would obviously have come out of the shower. Finally, you think about going to bed, and you look for the TV remote. That's missing too. You go back down to reception to ask... and they candidly tell you it's not there, because it broke that morning... I was very annoyed... Then they brought me a replacement remote. Mediocre breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Our experience was unfortunately negative. The photos on the website and *********** are misleading: they show a pool that appears to be inside the hotel or visible from the rooms, but it's actually located in another hotel about 800 meters away, accessible only on foot or by car, given the scorching heat these days. Furthermore, there is no lifeguard. The half-board option is very limited: Drinks (even water) are not included, as is dessert. You can only order two dishes: if you want an appetizer, first course, and second course, one is charged. There is no air conditioning in the common areas and very weak in the rooms. The staff is courteous, but lacks the autonomy to handle requests or improve the guest experience. Positives: Very pet-friendly facility. Good, well-cooked food. Conclusion: The hotel does not meet the expectations we created online. We would not return and do not recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased. The rooms are modern and new after a recent renovation, had everything we needed and the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond and could not have been better. We would 100% stay again. Great location

A small family run hotel. It’s newly renovated. Rooms are small but comfortable with the balcony. Breakfast is included and you have a lot to choose from. Price is really low for what you get. It’s a short walk to The old part of Sirmione. The only suggestion I have is to put some shelve in a shower where you can put shampoos. The shower itself is really nice with a rain shower. We as a family of three had a nice stay. We plan to come back ❤️❤️❤️

Avoid avoid avoid !!! Misleading pictures and advertisement. Booked and found the pool is a mile away. Asked to get refund so I can book in at their sister hotel instead as my family member has a disability so cannot walk that far. Staff have just been Rude and unhelpful. I will be taking this further as they should not be misleading customers by using photos of another property

Small clean hotel but please make a note of the location as it’s not in Sirmione it’s 2kms away. Specially when google maps don’t work it’s crazy to get to the hotel as taxi’s are not easily available. When I rang receptionist said she did not understand English all she should have said is take the shuttle from city centre. Basic breakfast with only 2 coffee .

the best welcome we have had. A little out of Old Town but better priced restaurants around us. rooms with aircon and their own good restaurant. good value for money. 2 mums (80+) and 2 daughters (60)

Recently renovated rooms, clean and modern. Very good breakfast and good location. Has a solid restaurant/bar even though a bit pricey compared to others around. However, the room was too hot even in May as the AC didn't really cool it at all. Just pushed same temperature around. Only way to sleep was to open the balcony but then all the sounds came in etc. Glad we had earplugs with us. Also, the pictures show pool and say 'private pool' but this is actually 700m away from the hotel... in case someone doesn't read the small print.

Clean and tidy rooms with excellent location. Old town in walking distance along amazing lake shore view to surrounding mountains. Plenty of free parking space on a hotel property. Very good breakfast and nice service. We can definitely recommend this hotel for families.
