We came to the residence Nevegal to watch the Olympics and had a lovely stay we had a room with a balcony. Top floor double bed was comfy and sofa bed was a solid large construction. We needed up sleeping on the sofa bed and had a really good sleep every night while our son slept upstairs. Showers are good and modern furnishings and option of two showerheads. Slight issue with water leaking onto bathroom floor but apart from that comfy warm and finish to a nice standard. Maybe a couple of wine glasses wouldn’t go amiss. Overall good stay nice quiet location and friendly helpful staff. 😎😎👍👍

Accommodation is in a good location near the center and near the lift. Room was not good, there were not beds in the rooms just one sofa bed. Was very uncomfortable. We paid €400 per night to sleep on the sofa bed. Cold from outside comes from the windows.

Nice apartment, perfect for short or longer stays
Nice apartment in walking distance to center of Livigno. Everything clean and nice. Big sleeping couch, but takes most of the room if open. Nice terrace, but people of other rooms walk by close. Difficult to have terrace door open during night. Online Check In did not work.

Very nice residence, well furnished and clean; quiet. We were 3 people and the apartment had enough space; it was perfect for two. Very good location for winter sport. Something that should be improved: some towels for bidet were missed; the only pan was scratched.

Very spacious accommodation in a superb location. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The bed was comfortable and the shower was large. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes, microwave and fridge. We would stay here again.

Convenient place to stay, however it‘s extremly noisy, you hear everything from the hallway, flushing toilets or neigbours.
Functional Equipment but basic quality and no proper beds. Very nice and friendly staff and close to centro.

Cosy apartment in the perfect location. We had 2 night here with our family if 5. The apartment was a lot smaller than expected, and the toddler had to share the bed with us parents - which I didn’t expect, but overall it was fine, and we had everything we needed for a few days skiing. Beds were comfortable & the apartment was warm & cosy. Great shower. The location was incredible

Accommodation Nevegall is very beautiful, clean, I have been coming here repeatedly for the 4th year. Great place near the slopes, nice receptionist, everything in perfect order. I recommend it to everyone and I will come back here again in March. Markéta Straková

Our stay at this hotel was met by an appalling level of rudeness from the manager/receptionist, leaving a stain on our overall experience. From the moment we checked in, it was abundantly clear that hospitality was not a priority for the management. The manager's attitude was not just unprofessional but downright hostile, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that permeated our entire stay. Upon arrival we were not greeted by a warm welcome but rather a hostile “what are you doing here” from the manager/receptionist. She also argued with us about the amount of people (15) that we had booked for, despite us paying for this and fully booking four rooms to accommodate us all. We were then harassed daily with rude voice notes whilst out in the day to pay a cash deposit despite there being no mention of this at all on the booking. Every time we arrived home after skiing the manager/receptionist would shout at us to be quiet. We also asked the manager/receptionist if we could store our bags for a few hours on the last day before our flight and she point blank refused saying “she only works a few hours a day”. After some convincing (whereby she was extremely argumentative) she finally let us leave our bags in the huge garage of the residence. I believe the manager/receptionist’s name is Victoria. We have never received such awful customer service from anyone like this before, she should be ashamed. I would strongly advise prospective guests to look elsewhere and avoid this residence. Not only is the customer service awful but the residence itself is extremely old and outdated.

1) comfort of beds more like youth hostel 2) Noise insulation from everywhere, which is not a surprise given 40 rooms!! 3) Outdated needs renovated throughout! 4) fee arriving after 8pm is an insult 5)given the cost of a weeks stay, it would have been appreciated to have a few complimentary tea bags/coffee sachets, as shops were closed on arrival! 6) Room looked nothing like the photos on line! The table was a piece of composite on top of a stand, it hardly took four chairs round it! 7) bathroom tiles were chipped. 8) apart from the good skiing the accommodation was very poor for the money!!

Food is for 5* but the service sucks. On top of that, they charge you service charge (coperto) for the toddler..

It’s a good place for a really good pizza!!! Don’t really recommend pasta tho. Steak with mushrooms was also delicious!
I was there twice and two times waitress wasn’t too nice. They also charge a lot for dessert comparing to other places.

Went there twice. Great pizza and pasta, great service, cheap wine (and higher end options too). Loved the charcoal (digestible) pizza base option. The creme brulee was a crowd favourite. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give them 4*, but pasta was overcooked - which is disqualifying and which means that they not care about the quality when serving foreigners.
The rest was positive - very good pizza, reasonable prices and fairly good service (sometimes it took them too long to realise the orders)
