La Viola e il Sole in Fermo

Fantastic place and lovely host. Beautiful scenery, 10 minutes by car to the beach, 5 minutes to the beautiful town of Fermo. The apartment is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items, the air conditioning works flawlessly, and the pool is great. Super host Samuel. Always smiling and helpful.

Took my boyfriend for his birthday... Stunning

Lovely place, delicious food, great sight of the typical Marche's countryside. Samuel is a great host. Highly recommend!

A great place to relax and unwind. Very friendly and rooms are clean and plenty of space to chill whilst visiting Fermo or the beach or even for visiting fliers to the Fly Product airfield.

A quiet piece of paradise on earth. We can fully recommend this place. Lovely arranged accommodation, a pool and ample of surrounding space plus a caring host make this a must if you plan to stay in the Marche. Dear Samuele. We have safely arrived back home in Germany and the girls and we all miss the days we spent at your place. We thank you for your advice, friendliness and recommendations and for giving us an opportunity to get to know this part of the Marche and its people better.
