We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for—especially thanks to Antonella and her lovely sister. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made our holiday so helpful.
What truly stood out was how helpful they were throughout our stay. Whether it was giving us tips on local places to visit, helping us with logistics, or just their friendly conversation, we always felt in good hands. And to top it all off, they even drove us to the local train station when we were leaving—such a thoughtful gesture that we’ll never forget!

We stayed at this agriturismo in a two-bedroom apartment, and everything was excellent! The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The hosts were kind and welcoming and even baked us a cake! The surrounding views were lovely and the location was excellent. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable and has everything you need. We have been here twice before and enjoy the farm very much. There is a washing machine and the Wi-Fi works very well. There is a swimming pool which is great especially in this hot weather. They have added air conditioning which is a bonus. Antonella and here family are very helpful and when you arrive you get a Apricot Tart and Wine and Jam. What a great gesture. There is so much to see around including Cortona and other smaller towns all within 30 minutes. The scenery is really beautiful around the farm. There is an outlet mall only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend. We will come back again as we like staying here. Antonella is so kind and would love to see her again.

We spent a night at the San Francesco farmhouse and we had a great time, the location is surrounded by greenery, the owners were very kind and the breakfast was super good, the room was clean and spacious. It's a shame we didn't use the pool due to timing reasons. We hope to return as soon as possible

Our only regret is not staying longer. Heaven on earth! Antonella is the perfect hostess. She is warm and welcoming. Antonella and her mother make everything for breakfast. Which was so delicious. Thank you for the recipes and for taking such good care of us. I hope that i can go back one day.

Amazing stay! Unfortunately we weren’t there for long but we really enjoyed our time. The place is beautiful and feels intime. Breakfast was unreal and handmade for the most part. The pool is clean and private. We’ll definitely come back for longer.

The first time we visited this gorgeous farm in 2018 we were so obsessed with the location, the hospitality, the comfort, and the views! Of course we had to return, and this time bring my in-laws. We were so happy to be back! Antonella, our Italian host/friend, is just as lovely as always with amazing customer service and great recommendations. Her and her team were so attentive to our needs and well-being. My in-laws truly were pleased with their stay! They loved the rooms, the pool, and just taking a peaceful walk through the farm. We all enjoyed and cannot wait to be back a third time and bring even more family. Sending all the love and thanks from Florida, see you soon!

We had the most relaxing time here with the help of our lovely host, and now friend, Antonella. The crystal clear pool refreshed us after busy and stressful travels. Her full breakfast fueled us for days that often included traveling to some of the places she or other friendly guests would recommend. We left there with wine and olive oil, but the best thing we left with was her friendship, memories and plans to return soon.
