Just came back from the best week staying at Tenuta C’est La Vie! Incredible views, beautiful room, excellent service. Honestly the views are breathtaking, and when we weren’t exploring Ischia we just loved lying around the pool and soaking up the views. Outstanding wines on offer which makes it even better! Can’t speak highly enough. A stunning romantic setting for a couples break.

We stayed in the Belvedere cottage in the Tenuta for a few nights on our honeymoon and it was fantastic! On arrival we were greeted by Maria with a glass of Prosecco, she was very hospitable and nice our entire stay. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the pool is really nice. Can't recommend enough!

This place is absolute bliss. Only a short drive to the main town of Forio this little gem is nestled up the mountain on a beautiful vineyard. The property itself is a privately owned vineyard with a handful of well appointed rooms overlooking the stunning island. The rooms were very clean with daily service, air conditioning, fridge, coffee facilities and safe box. The beds and pillows were nice and comfy. Our room had a terrace with 2 lounge chairs and a private jacuzzi, of course all with a view.
Everyday we were treated with a typical Italian breakfast of a choice of fruits, yogurts, fresh pastries, coffee, juices and eggs.
This place was a home away from home, the staff were super helpful and very friendly.
The main pool is also very clean equipped with spa jets, surrounded by comfy loungers and over looking the island.
A special thank you to Maria and Emma who took care of us during our stay. We also loved meeting the owner Luciano.
If you are a looking to get away from the standard hotel booking and wanting something tranquil, picturesque and private this is the place for you. Could not highly recommend enough !

I was invited for two events (Wedding Party & Pool Party) at the Tenuta.
The facility is really gorgeous, the view breathtaking, but the service was poorly.
Pool
- i was irritated, cause the pool was warm and not refreshing. Sun was burning and made the pool even more warm
Wedding
-The staff (2 people) were in a conspicuously bad mood during the entire wedding and monitored the facility grimly
- At about 3am all the keys were removed from the toilets, so I needed to find a new toilet
- In the evening at the wedding Maria was asked to drive a 78 year old man to his room in the golf cart as he had leg pain. This was refused by her despite repeated requests.
Pool party:
- WCs did not have keys to lock the toilet cubicle, towels, wipes or a hand dryer. Use of the upper toilets was prohibited
- Hotel staff took photos of the pool party & guests from above the pool
- Too few loungers by the pool, so we had to share a lounger with other couples for seating
- No seating options
- Hardly any shade, so the sun was everywhere and we got sunburn on our necks
- Dead mouse on the property
For such a great ambience, service was unfortunately not good enough. That left a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

Great location with nice sea view surrounded by vineyards. Stylish and privately located apartments with terraces and jacuzzies outside. Overall quiet environment. Clean rooms. Great breakfast on a terrace with sea view. Helpful and friendly staff, we got a lot of useful information about Ischia island. The restaurant was already closed after the end of the season, but the hostess kindly offered some nice antipasti and their local wine after our arrival.
