Nice Hotel & helpful staff. Included breakfast was nice with breads, yogurt, fresh fruits, cold cereal , cold cuts etc. Pool is very small. Good location & rooms w/balcony have nice view of the lake or there is a seating area on roof as well

I've stayed in Baveno several times and this hotel is by far and away the best hotel that I have been fortunate enough to stay at here. Great location, very secure parking, very pleasant staff and breakfast is ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Nice hotel with a very small pool area, but great service and comfortable rooms for one or two night. Private parking.

Cozy and somewhat simple hotel nicely situated in Baveno close to the church and the promenade. The pool area is quite small so you shouldn’t plan on taking a day by the pool. Fine breakfast however nothing fancy. You have the possibility to park outside in the private parking area or in the garage. The room we stayed in was quite small but suitable for one night.

One thing to point out about this hotel is - it’s basic and no frills but it has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Maggiore. I would advise paying the extra for a lake view room as it’s totally worth it - the views are amazing! The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is average but enough choice to keep you going until lunch time. The hotel is about an 8 minute walk down hill to the ferry terminal. We were adventurous and decided to walk to and from Stresa but I wouldn’t advise this if you have children/ aren’t nimble on your feet. The road is quite busy and at times, there is no pavement. If you do decide to walk, it’s a pretty straightforward walk and takes about 40 minutes. Stresa is really worth visiting - lots of lovely places to stop and eat/drink and watch the world go by. We bought an all day ferry ticket that basically took us wherever we wanted all day long - really worth the money and we saw so much. This hotel ticks all the boxes for location and a place to lay your weary head after walking all day long! would recommend.

Great location with a lake view, very comfortable rooms that are kept clean and tidy. Secure controlled parking.
Super staff that are friendly and very helpful.
Good breakfast. Lounge area is comfortable and has a good supply of coffee or soft drinks, beer and wine.
A few minutes walk get you to the lake where you can get boat trips or a water taxi.

This is a nice hotel well located in Baveno, and close by car to Stresa. The rooms are clean and so is the bathroom. The hotel would need a good refresh but otherwise the look is authentic. The swimming pool is quite small but it is still nice. Breakfast is average but service is very welcoming. The lake view from upper floor rooms is juste amazing. The outside parking is free.

Best location in Baveno, rooms were perfect, cleaning service excellent. Swimming pool very cosy, but charmy with local life just a look down. Bravo for 1€ espresso.
Breakfast same food everyday🙁.
