Lovely staff although the food isn’t amazing, it is sometime good but sometimes bad. The view from the rooms is gorgeous though the beds are not very comfortable. There is barely and shower pressure but that doesn’t matter because the water stays hot. Once again the staff is incredible, really nice, care about you and clean your room immaculately. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the ski resort. Overall it is a decent hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent ski trip.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff are friendly and smiling, and they serve you wholeheartedly in every situation. The staff does everything they can to make the guests comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect - it is right in the embrace of the mountains. The views are breathtaking: the high mountain slopes rise in the morning sun.

The hotel is just super! Large spacious rooms, mountain view, the room is very warm. On the balcony there are loungers for relaxation. After skiing is the best thing Responsive staff. The staff helped us with everything, from calling a taxi to buying a ski pass) Dinner is very tasty with a choice of dishes We would like to say a big thank you to the staff - Mada, Roberta, Gianfranco There is a small disadvantage is Weak wifi.

I was a coach driver taking a school on a ski trip. To be honest, I was worried about staying in the same hotel. However we were really well treated and when we wanted to clean our coach, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We ate with the school and it is not Michelin star food, but more than acceptable. The breakfast was a very good buffet style. The hotel has a secret weapon called Mada. Mada runs around after everyone. Her service was fantastic and she was so quick, we named her “whoosh”. All the other staff were nice too. The bar prices were reasonable too. The hotel specialises in disabled groups and schools. If you need to take a large group here, it is just the job.

Staff in the restaurant (Mada and Roberto) very welcoming and friendly to my travel group. Large rooms, rich and varied breakfast and dinner. Fruit and yoghurt would have been nice for the group. WiFi a bit slow

Simple and practical setup of the room, with plenty of space for all of your stuff. What really stood out was the very helpful staff

Nice and friendly staff. 🐶 Dog friendly as well. Had a 5 night stay with my westie and the staff was always caring on cleaning the room when she was not inside alone. Good Restaurant adjusted to dietary needs.

The dinner servings are very generous and the food is good. The breakfast is more on the sweet side but who can say no to home-made cakes? The coffee is good too.
