Janna e Sole Resort in Budoni

Needed a good makeover, food choice poor, service poor except for vietnamese staff who were excellent. This is nowhere near 4 * and would not recommend.

On arrival as soon as we stepped off the bus from the airport a member of the entertainment staff said, you've come too late you should of come in june🤔 the reception staff was nice and we got checked in and taken to our room quickly. The room was basic and in need of tyding up, the shower leaked and the sink basin was loose, our balcony was basically a table and chairs outside the door!! The room was cleaned daily with nice fresh bedding and towels. We was looking forward to our evening meal as we hadn't eaten all day, we was so disappointed! Choice was poor and everything was warm at best, and there was a microwave on the side! Strange.... breakfast the next day was as disappointing aswell, tea,coffee, water,juice everything just tasted funny and cheap. I've never been to an all inclusive that doesn't serve you at your table with tea and coffee in the morning or a glass of wine or bottled water with evening meal, everything was self service you should just be a b&b. Most of the staff at the bars was rude, everything was an effort, I asked for a different glass and got growled at😡 i can honestly say I've never stayed anywhere like it. The only good things was the hotel grounds was nice and well kept, the adult pool area and the views shame about the rest.

This hotel is defiantly not a 4 star the room was at the most 2 star. The room was Shabby and worn, the bathroom shower was falling to pieces. Had a warm water shower one evening. The telephone in the room for reception does not work. Reported the water and maintenance came out put the tap on at 10 am and it was hot, however, when everybody was showering on an evening the water was cold. There is no full length mirror. The French have fab entertainment each evening which we were told not to attend as only for the French??? TUI entertainment was poor. Staff are rude and miserable, just one girl in the dinning room was pleasant. Food warm at the very best, not suitable for gluten free or vegans, as a vegetarian I struggled. Food was poor quality.
