Overall it was a nice experience the service and the food was very good.
We had the bad surprise to pay unexpected fees at the end. We asked for a laundry during our stay and ended up paying 15 EUR and the owner never told us the price before. Same thing when we asked for charging our car, they said ok never told a price and we paid a fee at the end. In the restaurant it was a fixed price menu but the drinks were extra and there was no price listed anywhere, and they charged us for "coperta" in addition. The owner proposed a digestive at the end and we assumed it was free as it is usually the case but it was not.

Great location, easy access by road to get to all the local areas. Fantastic evening meals.

The place was probably mint in the 80s but appears to have had little to no maintenance since then. The kids play area is a hideous death trap, the gym area is knackered has no weights and virtually useless, angry wasps stung myself and my baby twice, electrical sockets hanging out of the wall and bare electric cables hanging out of wall sockets. Breakfast was pretty dire and Guiseppe insists on playing some grimly depressing funeral type music throughout and the same every day at breakfast. Rat droppings all over our veranda and hallway. Drains blocked and stank of sewers in our bathroom so we had to tape off all drain plugs to survive. Window fittings and chairs falling apart. Gardeners were chainsawing constantly the whole of our first day. Owner clearly has no eye for detail or desire to renovate. Looks like an ideal Ramsays Hotel Hell candidate.

Well, I thought Americans only wanted something for nothing, it seems like the habit has overflowed to some wannabes, n shame.
Didn’t get there on day reserved, 4 nites, because of rail strike, n wouldn’t move dates around even though he had room.
Then wanted cash for amenities, n was going to have cab drive me around to find bank that would take my credit card for cash, told me his system was broke, there’s an old Italian saying, pick one that I’d think I’d say….

The property is absolutely lovely. A quiet relaxing place. I wished I had more time to enjoy sitting outside at the property. Great variety for breakfast. Lovely countryside. There was a family there with children and the children were free to roam and enjoy the property. Would recommend.

We arrived in June, only to be informed by the owner that the entire place would be sprayed with anti-bug repellent “before the season would start” during our stay. We were given three options: stay the night after the treatment for free (amidst the stench of the toxic repellent), stay in another place arranged by the owner, or leave.

We chose to leave.

As for the rest: the dinner we had on the first evening was okay. However, breakfast was minimal, and the ‘gym’ consisted of broken, unusable equipment. Be cautious with the electricity, as all the sockets are loose in the walls.

The location itself is on a busy road with no shops, nature or anything else walking distance.

beautiful place, but a little with outdated inventory. tirib's room was very good, but the smell of age was unpleasant. The pool is available, a lot of space, corners to sit and enjoy the evening. The children's corner is very outdated. The host is responsive, welcomes you with a welcome drink, offers dinner. It is bad that they do not inform about the content and price of the dinner beforehand. Dinner with many dishes.

The place was nice enough, but not special in any way. Service was on the slow side and the owner appeared to cut a few corners, it was always hard to find where the electrical was turned on. But, it was a pretty place. Dinner was overpriced.

I couldn’t ask for a better place. Highly recommended the stay and its food. Yes yes yes!!!
