Borgo dei Vigneti in Agrigento

Abundant food (especially the appetizers, that only with those you've already finished dinner), but of poor quality. Apart from appetizers that needless to say, typical local products and in large quantities. As for the starters, the rice was good, but the other starter arrived almost frozen. As well as the second course, two slices of meat that I just tasted. There are better ones around. So I'm sorry but some precautions are needed.

EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED
Saturday I was invited to my sister-in-law's birthday, the location can also be nice, even if not very well maintained, but the people who run it are very bad and now I'll tell you about our experience.
Being the brother-in-law, I knew very well how they had agreed. The owner was offered a type of buffet suitable for an 18th person, everything and more had been promised, but alas when we arrived on the spot, everything was there except what had been agreed. We had been told that there would be plenty of food (according to the owner if we could eat everything, the food would be offered by them) we imagined that in any case the food would be abundant, given the joke made by the owner, instead, all 'last the food was truly creepy. They were poor compared to what was previously said. Sour diner, the pasta looked like it was made the day before, with a half hour beef duration so that many were starved to death, but let's leave out the quality of the food. The owner had agreed that there should be sangria and "firriato" white wine at the table, instead the sangría was non-existent and the wine instead of white was put red and was a "branciforte", in the table one glass each, in practice with a glass we had to drink both water, wine and snacks (brought by the birthday girl).
We all complained to the owners and the owners were rude to us all, they insulted us saying that it is too refined a place for our habits ...
Or maybe we all have complained precisely because we are used to more refined places? That "it's not hard to find better places 😂"

I hope this review will help the owners in their improvement both in relating with the customer and to improve the quality of that location which could also be valued much more.
