Signor Franco is a very nice person that for sure made our stay there nicer. He is really helpful and takes care of his guests. I really recommend this hotel for a stay in Bagheria

Nothing extra. We paid for a room we got a room. There was a small TV if we needed it. It was attached to a restaurant that seemed well liked but we didn't go in.

I start by saying that 3 stars is not a bad rating but for my part to have 4 stars you should not find certain gaps and to have 5 everything should be perfect.
another important thing my stay was POSITIVE and I would safely RETURN to the structure. consistent prices. reading maybe you will understand the missing stars.

upon entering the structure we were greeted very warmly by the staff who in a few words explained how it works such as the fact that we had the key to the main entrance, breakfast times and everything else.
said that we go up to the room to put down the bags, I used the stairs and not the elevator as the room was on the 1st floor. I don't rate the lift but apparently it seemed in excellent aesthetic condition.
the stairs and corridors are dark and windowless but buttons and lighting are not lacking so so far everything is ok.
I arrive at the bedroom door, a wooden door with a standard lock of those that putting the key behind the door does not allow it to be opened from the outside, great if you want to stay in the room without being disturbed.
crossing the door you find yourself in the entrance of the room with 2 other doors that divide the room into 3 parts. hall, bathroom and bedroom.
the entrance is empty!
entering the bathroom apart from the single mosquito that immediately welcomed us (it happens) we found everything very well cleaned and arranged, perhaps the only "flaw" if we want to define it are the mirror lights as 2 out of 6 were faulty .
I do not directly impute to the owners but it may very well be that previous guests have never communicated the problem and therefore have not been changed for this reason.
working bathrooms, hot water ok, soaps and anything else all in order.
in my room the bathroom had a large window that gave a lot of light (during the day).
now we move on to the room with the beds, being a triple I found the double bed and the single bed accompanied by 3 bedside tables, 3 lamps, 1 coffee table, 1 chair, 1 wardrobe, 1 mini fridge with 500ml bottles of water, 1 tv, 1 air conditioner and if I remember correctly there was nothing else.
here too everything is normal as described during the booking.
small flaws to highlight:
in the bedside tables 2 out of 3 were missing, one did not go just while the other made false contact, fortunately for cell phones there were other sockets in the room.
the air conditioner, on the other hand, needs to be checked! when you turn it on, the flap does not open and therefore if you do not notice the defect you are reminded not to be able to cool or heat the chamber properly.
I noticed it late because I timed the ignition to 30 minutes before returning to the room and I found it not very fresh.
opening the flap manually in a few minutes the temperature dropped quickly.
I don't like waste in general, especially electric ones, but if I had turned on the climate before going out and left it on (many do) and without timing it I would have noticed the problem.
overcome these details we come to the past night.
the bed does not make any particular noises but the bed base is mushy as well as the mattress.
the thing that I cannot understand is the nocturnal noises, more than anything else they sounded like thuds, heavy things falling.
it was late at night and I could not even understand if they came from the structure itself or if they came from outside. shortly after I collapsed so I can't even say how long they went on.
the following morning we went down for breakfast, we found other staff on duty, always very friendly and attentive to guests' requests.
the breakfast is complete with everything, you could choose between coffee, capuccino, milk, juices and other drinks.
on the buffet table there were packaged snacks, biscuits in packs of 2, jams and hazelnut cream, donuts and cakes more than fresh croissants (these I would avoid or change supplier).
after breakfast we left!
