Our tour was there in late September 2019.We purchased this tour from “Joinup” in Kyiv Ukraine. Air conditioners were not working in the hotel. Average temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. Our tour package had breakfast and supper included. Supper was terrible. Very little fruits and vegetables. The head waiter was super rude to us. I was under the impression that his previous job was a warden in prison. One older person in our group took a water bottle in order To take her medication. The head waiter physically grabbed it out of her hands. There was not even water during the supper. Guests had to buy it . WiFi was not working in the room. Only in the lobby. Front desk employees were friendly. But they had no influence on what was going on. I can’t believe that this is 4 stars hotel. This rating is wrong!!!!

4-star, 4-star hotel has only the name.
Room was clean with furniture from other times and dirty,air conditioning not adjustable to your liking,then either freeze or melt from the heat.not to mention the bathroom with the water visibly broken,shower with tub not working and pool is dirty.smashing breakfast with coffee, who knows, burnt.in my opinion, overall, it is not.

The pool is not open all day and the pump breaks easily. It is located far away from the sea. The only thing good is the breakfast lacks bacon.

4 star Hotel, but 4 stars is not much left.. maybe it was..but in the eighties..the time seems to be stopped.. I can only find foreign workers.. rooms are certainly not fragrant.. and could greatly improve the cleanliness of the rooms, the bed uncomfortable.

Very friendly Hotel. Excellent quality / price ratio. The room great . We dined very well with the quality of fish excellent. Only drawback is the swimming pool. There is the floor and being all deep and is not accessible to those who do not know how to swim.
