Ninni and Francesca at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Laura made fantastic breakfasts and made everyone welcome. The room was spotless. The bed comfortable and the location excellent.

Staff & location great. We were in the Family room in the Annex. I loved it but my partner wished it had more windows.

This hotel was perfect for us in every respect. We were greeted on arrival by Andrea and he could not have been more helpful, as he was throughout the rest of our 4 night stay.
All of the staff members were friendly, polite and accommodating. The system for breakfast was excellent i.e. selecting requirements in advance, the choices available were extensive.
The hotel was charming and full of character in keeping with it's age (built in 1765), be aware there is no lift which was not a problem for us but may be for others. The buiding is not 'high-rise', 2 flights of stairs to our room.
Perfect location being 2/3 minutes walk to the amazing cathedral.
I hope this review doesn't result in lack of availability next time we want to stay here.

The was excellent. It will be the preferred choice when we return to Palermo. staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Clean, comfortable safe.

The staff was very kind- delivered breakfast right to the room, which was a treat. The location was right city center- literally in sight of the Palace and the Palatine Chapel. Many cafes and shops just out the front door. Could not have been more convenient. Bed was large and comfortable.

A refreshing change from the larger hotels we have frequented. No crowded buffet breakfast….at each breakfast you selection your next day’s breakfast. No bar or gym so if you are looking for this understand that is not one of the amenities.
Staff was extremely helpful in planning a trip to Monte Pellegrino.
There is no elevator but there is staff to carry your bags.

Rooms were clean & roomy; service was impeccable! Everyone from ladies at front desk to all other staff were very kind, assisted w transportation, recommendations…etc.

Breakfast was lovely and whatever staff could do to accommodate your needs were ,et as best as possible.

Location is great & safe area. Access to shopping, dinning, & taxi transport.

Only draw back…no elevator. You must climb up roomy flights of stairs to get to most rooms.

Above all, I would def recommend to other travelers.

This is a charming boutique hotel, very centrally located and with huge, comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms. All the staff were friendly, helpful and hugely welcoming. The breakfast room is small and your time & options need to be pre-booked but the choice was fantastic and the food excellent - certainly all we needed. Would highly recommend for a city break in Palermo.

My Fiancee and I stayed just one night, and the hotel made us wish we stayed more! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they booked dinner for us at their recommended spot (very good), and arranged a car the next day to get us to the airport.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, with crown molding.

Great location; in the center of it all, but high up enough where you don’t hear much street noise.

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Palermo!

Our stay a Palazzo Natoli in Palermo was simply wonderful. The staff was warm and helpful. A special thanks to Alicia, who was very friendly, a delight to speak with and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast each morning was catered to our individual tastes and was fresh, varied and delicious. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had balconies with fantastic views of a lively main street. We can't wait to return to Palermo and stay at Natoli again.
