A lot of good things to say about this hotel: the location, the professionalism of the staff, the cleaness.
Nevertheless, I don't recommend to pick a room without a real window.

This hotel desperately needs a renovation; it's incredibly worn out, and everything feels like it's past its prime. The room I got didn't match the photos at all; the window looked out onto some kind of dilapidated internal shaft. The furniture was old, and while the linens were clean, they had holes.

The breakfast area was in terrible condition, as were the chairs and tables. There weren't enough seats for breakfast, so we often had to wait. The tables weren't cleared, so I had to clean them myself. I definitely don't recommend the breakfast; the selection was very poor. It's much better to eat at nearby cafes.

Fresh orange juice is sold for 1 euro everywhere else, but at the hotel, they serve some kind of diluted, awful-tasting drink.

I will not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. The ratings are definitely inflated, and I made a mistake believing them.

Location is so near with nearby attractions and you can walk around 10 minutes from the train station / bus station .
I love the hotel but make sure you bring your own mineral water because the tap water is likely not really good for drink :)

If you want kettle , you can ask to the receptionist

Ideal location and a warm welcome. Thanks to the staff, our stay was perfect. The view from the rooftop terrace is very nice (cf. pictures).
The breakfast was simple but varied.

Superb place but needs a lot of work to be a memorable destination! First of all is too dirty city. Streets, beaches even the monuments are full of garbage. We visited Palermo with my wife and sometimes we were afraid to walk around the city. A lot of drug dealers/users. Also Italian food is well known around the world but in Sicily we found 3 or 4 restaurants with good quality. Also the local people are friendly but they don't try to speak English so it makes the communication too difficult for non Italians. The sicilian uber app wouldn't match a driver so we've been waiting for ages until we find a taxi or Uber. That's a pity because Sicily has a lot of ancient AND modern history to provide but it's not well organised yet.

The location couldn't be better and the roof terrace for breakfast and dinner is incredible. The food is very good too. The staff were kind and helpful. The only inconvenience was a leaky shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Though this hotel is rates 3-starl, it's huge and luxurious, and very near to Quattro Canti. My single room's windows faces the inner part of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views of Palermo. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect and the price.

Disappointing that in the first room we got for three adults and infant. The aircon was not working and we get moved to another room with a floor that didn’t have a lift. They don’t even offer to help with luggage and I am pregnant travelling with a baby
