We stayed in this room for one night. There are 4 rooms in an apartment. The walls were so thin we heard everything in the next room throughout the night. There were centipedes and insects in our room during the night. Also, the toilet smelled very bad of dampness, the shower was dirty, and there was hair left from previous guests. The host was sweet, but when we criticized her facility, she approached us in a racist way :) She sent this message when she saw our review on “booking”. 🤷🏼♀️

The only positive aspect is the very central location. The rest is to be overlooked: the room, besides being spartan, has several flaws, including a broken roller shutter, a wardrobe with broken shelves, and a bathroom with an extremely uncomfortable shower. The breakfast is poor in both quality and quantity, and the receptionist, housekeeping, and breakfast staff are rude, to say the least. The value for money is very poor. Not recommended.

The accommodation was in the center of Palermo with an outdoor parking lot 50 meters away and for every 24 hours of parking 18€. At Casa Rosellina we felt at home, Elena treated us wonderfully, good breakfast, and good cleaning, it has a minibar and several shops in the surrounding area.

In my many travels I have rarely found accommodation that has satisfied me in every way like this: friendly but also very professional welcome from the very talented Helena; modern room furnished with simplicity but with taste, well air conditioned, comfortable bed and large bathroom; excellent and abundant breakfast, perfect for those who love sweets but customizable for those with special needs; exceptional location, 2 minutes from the Teatro Massimo and the historic center; excellent quality-price ratio. If I were to return to Palermo I would book there without hesitation.

Stay not to be repeated Bathroom with noise of the water drain even when not in use Sink not fixed well that moves Shower box has a dangerous entrance because only one half door opened and the other that was supposed to open was blocked, so the entrance became dangerous because you had to enter from the side with the shower tray too high compared to the floor Breakfast poor in terms of variety and quality

Dear lawyer, I'm sorry, but your B&B wasn't to my liking. The ants in the room were also a problem. The bathroom... moving faucets... unbearable noise from flushing... small, moving sink... I'm not asking for gold, but the bare minimum. Not to mention the towels... never seen them that brownish color, even when clean. The shower towel was small. Everything needs to be redone. I'm deleting it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And I forgot about breakfast... considering the price of the room, they could have squeezed a little more.

The entrance doesn't look like a hotel... Don't let that put you off. You have to dial 15 or 16 on the door bell to inform the host that your there. With the lift it goes to the 4th floor. Once you're there the host (a lady) is very! friendly, the rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is a bit on the sweet side and really good.
