Nice hotel. Outside of historic center but it is easy to travel to any part of the city using busses (a bus passes in front of the hotel every 10 min or so). Several dinning options within walkable distance.

The staff were welcoming, and the room was comfortable and quiet.

The staff was lovely and it was in a very nice area of Palermo. The room was a little warm at night but the hotel had a lot of great features.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Giardino Inglese, and I can wholeheartedly say it exceeded my expectations in all the right ways. This boutique hotel combines charm, comfort, and convenience in a way that makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Palermo. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel deserves special mention. The location is another major plus: nestled within walking distance of the city center and with a bus stop just around the corner, it offers easy access to all that Palermo has to offer while still providing a calm and relaxing retreat from the bustle of the city.

Breakfast may not be as elaborate as in larger hotel chains, but it is perfectly well-rounded and satisfying, with everything one could need to start the day. The true highlight, however, is the staff. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, they went out of their way to assist with any questions or requests, making the experience feel personalized and warm.

I stayed in a garden view room, which turned out to be an absolute delight. Not only was it quiet, but it also overlooked a stunning park, adding a serene, almost storybook quality to the mornings and evenings. The only minor disappointment was that the jacuzzi was temporarily out of order during May 2025, with plans to reopen around June or July. While I didn’t get to enjoy it, I can imagine it would be a fantastic bonus during the warmer months. In short, I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in Palermo.
